Very first play of the game they started twisting Tua's knee, and wouldn't let go. To the point Tua was grabbing at the knee brace while trying to pull his leg away. He and the guy twistimg his leg were the only ones still on the ground.

It's like its badge of honor for these guys. "I can be the one that took Tua out". fricking pisses me off.

I’m usually great at detecting malice when I see it and I humbly do not believe that tackle on Tua that banged up his quad/knee was Malicious. But I do agree with the poster that opined about Auburn possibly trying to take Tua out. That would not surprise me at all.

Twitter video of hit aiming for Tua's knee (multiple angles)

Fortunately Tua's right foot wasn't planted on the ground at the moment of impact.

You might want to reevaluate your observation. Look at the gif. It is beyond obvious

That DB was obviously aiming for the knee. He changes his angle to ensure he can launch at the knee then dips his head down attempting to headbutt (aim for) it.

So I take it that you support teaching a kid how to break his neck tackling? Didn't even attempt to wrap up with arms. He's lucky he's not in a hospital bed today looking at a wheelchair for the rest of his life.

The fact that Saban addressed it already tells me Saban is pissed about it. I would not be surprised the SEC office is already informed and has the video. I know they can deal with it post game as they review things like the punches from Davis. I doubt Saban lets up on this. Even the twisting was malicious.

Wouldn't be shocked if SEC sent out memo to all of the team saying this is not acceptable.

State loses that entire defense. They are going to be awful next year.

Good. Neither their fans nor their players can handle this run of extremely modest success.

Best state team they will have in a while and Bama basically toyed with them.

Re-looking at GIF above, the SEC has GOT to do something. That was even more blatant than I previously realized.

I’m genuinely concerned about someone trying to take him out in the Iron Bowl. They have nothing to play for, and once the game is out of hand and they realize they’re beat, all it takes is one disgruntled POS who is coming to grips that they are at the end of their football career and don’t have anything to show for it.

Gus is desperate for a win too. It would take some of the heat off of his seat going into next season.

Pretty sure that Nick's going to talk to the commish, who's going to talk to the other coaches and communicate that this stuff is not going to be tolerated.
