"We" have 85 scholarships, not 22, and we use those 85 in a myriad of ways on players with varying degrees of immediate ability to contribute. Contrary to what fans think, these players are human beings with lives outside of the Alabama football team, not robotic automatons who get switched on for your pleasure on Saturdays in the Fall. There is no combination of the letters S, M, and H that I could write here that would accurately convey the amount I'm shaking my head.

That's cute and all, but do you honestly think he's the first and only Bama player with problems going on back home? Really think about this before you respond.
This has nothing to do with my "Saturday pleasure" and everything to do with the type of player we recruit now, and the different expectations as compared to years past.
People dont like when I say this, but as a program, it seems that we've gotten softer. Not that we have gotten soft...just not as rigid and tough as we used to be.
Go look at all the game threads with people railing about the change over the years. "Where is the 'make their arse quit?'" We've become finesse just like everybody else, and not just in style of offense.

How is Kaho able to miss classes and still remain eligible? Surely he cannot miss too many more and maintain his status?

It's been widely reported that Kaho wasn't at the first two spring practices, but I haven't seen any reports saying he hasn't attended classes.

Didn't he go home for spring break? Had read that he had some family problems to take care of back home which might hold him back. So did he come back and he is just not at practice? Need CrimsonBoz with info.

I haven't seen any real details on Kaho's situation, just assumptions and speculation. There was a report by Rivals saying per a source that he'd be at the 2nd spring practice and that didn't happen. Apparently, everyone who may know any details is keeping quiet about them.
