With as many TOs as we had and them hitting a ton of contested shots, we still have last shot to take lead at half. Thats a win in my book

Agree completely. And Oats is such an analytical coach - I would like to know what analytic he is seeing that makes him put Stevenson on the floor ever. 0-18 from three and only 42% from the FT line. And as long as he is, he is not a great rebounder or defender. Puzzling.

Holloway should have shot the ball, not passed with 2 seconds left.
In 1st half, you want to shoot with 5-6 seconds left as it gives you time for an offense rebound putback. Clock doesn’t stop if you make it so no chance they get the ball for a good shot with 3-4 seconds left

I think Stevenson will get it figured out eventually and be a solid contributor. Not a key player, but someone that can reliably rest the starters.
That being said, I don’t want him “figuring it out” in a close game with a ranked team. Let’s put our best players out there as much as possible and win the game.
