Very very good post.
I was about to comment but you said it all. Out if those "4 best" only Kirby has won a championship with significant money being invested and Cristobal with B1G financial backing couldn't get the job done.
If Cignetti doesn't have those billionaires bankrolling him he isn't smelling a championship game talk much winning it all.
If we had a billionaire just buying players we'd have even crazier depth and talent and we're pretty good there.

This just isn't reality. If you have played college ball before NIL you know it's a delect balance and even Saban knew when to push and when not to.
This guy (RW) knows he has a work ethic issue, knows he struggles to catch, etc etc
I'm quite sure the coaching staff have him watching him of his effort and others even in the league but this kid (RW) is an absolute mental midget and what they are doing is taking on the risk of this wild card because they feel the upside is great.
Every mistake he makes his effort drops. Watch how he starts games then after hus first drop, fumble or if he isn't getting the ball look at his body language. It's not diva, it's more mentally broken.
This is why it's important to have a man in the household. The kid has too many feminine influences and just like them he caves and gets broken when things get tougher. It's a shame because he is very talented

RCW had 2 drops and then went on to have 5 catches for 130 yards.

Well, watch a guy like Bernard who spent the most time with this staff as WR and was as complete of a receiver as you could ask for in the college game and tell me where you think the problem is most likely concentrated.

True. It was strange that the two drops were fairly easy catches, then he got hit pretty hard on the catches.
One thing about our receivers, there were several times they just ran their route to a spot and then just stood there with the defender standing next to them.. All of them. Our QB would start to scramble out of the pocket, and they are just standing there with their finger up their rear end. Our coach was asked at his press conference about that from a reporter and he told the reporter that yes he was correct. He said, we need to be moving when our QB starts to scramble, because he is very good at keeping his eyes down field while he moves, and those are the kind of situations where you can have a big play. If a reporter can pick up on that, surely our receivers coach can see it and know they need coaching?
