Every time that I have crossed the bridge, my phone changes time zones and I have crossed it plenty. Don't know about work, too corrupt there for me.

I think maybe you’re both correct? PC technically is within the central time zone, but the city operates on Eastern time.

I believe you. Locals have the same issue. Phenix City is part of my work territory and they all observe Eastern. The schools, government buildings, all of it. It’s a headache.
