Hopefully something happens prior to the bowl game, not that I expect this team to win a Sugar Bowl.

I never heard of PG till Saban hired him, but
don’t keep up with up and coming coaches.

Saban I suppose seen potential in PG as a DC and had a good reputation as a recruiter especially in Louisiana. Golding was a good pipeline in that state and recruited well there. But as we know it’s just not working out well and this defense underperformed to what we expected and it’s been a pattern with PG at the controls.

Regardless of what you want to believe with the rumors the bottom line is that Golding didn’t pan out and I think Saban knows he has to make a change. But Saban has always to my memory will find away for his assistants to leave respectfully.

I’ve been enjoying boz’s little tidbits since woollyal and maybe even tide sports. I will say he has been right more than he has been wrong by a pretty wide margin. I like feeling like I know things others don’t too. Haha

So how many people drive home sober from a bar? How does he not have one friend that will drive him home?

The man is the defensive coordinator at the University of Alabama and he is out frat boy drinking on the strip after getting his arse kicked in the iron bowl. He is almost Mike Price level stupid if all is true.

He’s already done it once and caught. Who knows how many other times.

Given the timeline of the bowl game and NIL signing day.... they probably should hire someone as "analyst" and then once signing day is over. They should let him go and promote within from staff....

Any idea what he is referring to by saying our NIL is a joke?

auburn is fixing to get "Tex AM" stupid with NIL money. The NIL is a barn boosters wet dream. Watch their recruiting take a big upswing the next few years.

Not sure unless he was referring to B Young’s 3.2 Million in NIL deals.

Not an insider, but I would guess he was complaining that we aren't being aggressive enough with our NIL deals. Other schools like Tennessee, Miami, and of course Texas A&M are using NIL to poach recruits that we would normally be getting.

Different states have different laws then there is what each individual prosecutor pushes for. Though there are guidelines and requirements.

My understanding is he thinks we should use it more. Advertise it if you will.

Part of it is CNS's desire to make Alabama Collective NIL socialistic. Share the money with all of the players, rather than focused big hitters.

If that's true, I would have to agree with Pete. IF that is how Saban approaches NIL, he does need to retire.
