All of what you said is right. I'm an Alabama fan, and I had a hard time watching our games last year because Hurts sucked so bad, and never threw any crisp passes. OF COURSE that had an impact on recruiting.

I wanted Tua out there if for nothing else than entertainment. I don't even want to go back and watch our games the past 2 seasons because I hate watching Hurts.

All that being said, you need to stop being so sensitive. Be a man

This type of fan is the worst type of fan, to me. Alabama was the National Champions last year. They also lost 5,365 starting LBs during the season and the lack of defensive depth caught up to them at the end of the year. Hurts really struggled down the stretch but Saban felt either A, Hurts deserved the chance to work out of it, or B, Tua wasn’t quite ready, yet. Saban made the change when he absolutely had to and it payed off.

Let it fricking go and look forward

I knew that Jalen wasn't a good quarterback two years ago. I posted something about it and all I got was talk of how stupid I was. I saw him overthrow the tight end on a wide freakin' open throwback pass against Ole Miss. That was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. A bunch of people tried to tell me that the tight end quit on the play. In that situation the quarterback ALWAYS throws the ball directly to the wide open receiver. He doesn't lead him. Hurts was painful to watch most of the time. Especially when he would get the yips. Two years ago against Clemson he couldn't even throw a pass to a guy 5 yards away in the backfield without drilling the ball into the dirt. I am being 100% literal.

Holy moly everyone relax. Season is almost here, let’s get onto that.

I know I literally am the last person who would ever defend CD but, let’s take it easy if possible.

Thanks boz. I guess I do let it bother me when I am attacked for talking about unpopular issues. It may paint me as an unhappy fan but I am far from it. I still go to all the games and would love to meet any of you in t town or Orlando this year. I am happy with the staff and the winning and I feel like we are going to kick arse this year even if Hurts is the quarterback though we wouldn't win a championship. I sometimes see issues on the team and bring it to this forum and folks are uncomfortable hearing it so they go in denial and attack me and call me stupid or worse. I can't wait for the season to start.

Saban essentially helped Georgia sign that epic class last year and helped them get off to a better start this year.

My problem is not that you have an unpopular opinion but that you choose to complain about a year in which Alabama won the National Championship. I don’t know how old you are but you talk like you have been a fan since 2008. Championships are a blessing. Those kids, including Hurts, worked their asses off to accomplish something special. They should get praise for it. But instead, 7 months later, you want to talk about how Hurts, with Saban’s blessing, almost destroyed Bama and propped-up Georgia. But you are correct in that you have a right to voice that opinion, just like I can voice mine.

Let the down votes commence.

I’ve realized it has become second nature to downvote you because you are so often full of shite and are a perpetual chicken little. I suspect I’m not alone in my assessment of your posts. We are in the midst of the greatest run in college sports since John Wooden at UCLA. Yes, even greater than anything Paul Bryant accomplished. Yet you will look back one day and realize you didn’t enjoy any of it. You epitomize the stereotypical Bama fan that other fan bases loathe. Go away.
