I seem to recall seeing UNA’s punter is coming to Bama. Dude led the FBS in punting this past season with a smidge over 46 yards per punt avg.

Downs seems like a solid dude. I was bitter when he left us for OSU, but he's been pretty classy and reminiscent about his time at Bama.

Really excited about this dude. He plays in space well, he plays in the trenches well. And he shoots through a hole very well. I think he will an upgrade compared to every starting lb we had this year

Im still bitter. Dude bailed on his team. Bama tried very hard to keep him but he chased $$$ instead. He should not be considered a former Bama player like others who finished here

Are these guys going to be a package deal when they enter the draft as well?

Yeah I don’t really care for Downs. Take us out the graphic.

He may be referring to just re-signing someone already on the roster, not pulling a guy back out of the portal.

My guesses are Horton or Hubbard.

ETA: Nvm, he said it's not Bray. But still guessing Horton.

Downs is still a bitch in my book. On the other hand, that graphic will tick OSU fans off to no end so that's the silver lining to me.

Bray

Would be the absolute worse loss to the portal.

I don't think there's a danger of him entering the portal. I think it's either enter the draft or come back for another year.

I’m pretty sure he didn’t chase money. He thought Wommack’s scheme was a poor fit and wouldn’t prepare him for the NFL.

I don’t think he was wrong on that.

Ohio State was also his second finish (Saban put us over the edge) and he genuinely liked the school/staff there. His pastor was a big OSU guy IIRC.
