I got the same vibe. Sounds like it’s Texas.

That orange ain't it. If it's not red then it's not a Lambo nor Ferrari.

I also thought that this was interesting. This is Jim Nagy (18 year NFL Scout/Director of Reese's Senior Bowl)

quote:

Nobody's talking about it because few truly track later round prospects but combination of NIL money, widespread use of extra Covid year, & smallest junior class in over a decade completely wiped out depth of this year's #NFL Draft. By late December, our
@seniorbowl board fell apart in Rounds 5-7. Teams will either be trading away Day 3 picks to preserve value or selecting players from their free agent side board in April.

Getting out of the extra Covid year window will help but NIL money will likely thin out drafts in coming years, at least until CFB puts cap or some regulations on NIL.

hope so. No better way to waste his talent than going to a BoB offense

Lambo traditional color is yellow. But orange does seem to be the color of the douchiest schools in the country, doesn't it?

There are a lot of choices in a BoB offense, because the routes usually send the receivers to the exact same part of the field or endzone. So many options!

Pretty stoked, center has been a sore spot ever since Dickerson graduated.

I just read Jabbar’s interview. It could be how the questions were asked but it doesn’t sound like he’s coming. It sounded more like he just likes CKD.

I have not read it but I think he visited out of respect for DeBoer but I know his cousin plays for Texas and they are supposedly close.

I saw his interview. I think he is just being diplomatic. He knows we need him. Let the coach do his thing. He would have already committed to a Texas if he was a lock.

I agree, and even if he doesn't end up at Bama, Texas is no guarantee, Oregon is a legitimate threat. I doubt he will, be if he cancels that it means Bama gave him a lot to thing about.

I understand these kids are young and wings are super popular (maybe he ordered them?) but it seems out of place when we know our players eat damn good.

I never said that. I just said it sounds out of place in this scenario. I figured it would be something nicer when you are trying to woo folks.

It was likely just an appetizer. Do you think the recruits would prefer caviar?

These kids are 17 and 18. They probably prefer french fries and chicken nugs.
