I think that bought him in cause he is an elite prospect for their system and they were losing a QB. I doubt they promised him a position or have a specific expectation of where he lands in the pecking order. They weren't going to start him next year bringing in Will Rogers. We will see where he lands but I seriously doubt he has a legitimate chance of starting next year even with his year of HS experience in the offense. Washington's QB room was empty with Penix leaving which is part of the reason why they asked him to reclassify and still were bringing in another QB. He has to get prepared for a completely new expectation coming into the SEC and Alabama physically and mentally and that is going to take time. Who knows though he could be slinging them pies for TDs on A Day.

He is still a bit thin despite being 6-6. Ideally, he doesn't play much this year and Milroe wins...but I'm telling y'all he's going to push some folks because he's good.

You are basically saying he would do what would have been expected of Sayin. Sounds fair.

He is 240+ . From which angle does he look thin?

I reckon when you're 6-6, it makes you look thinner than you really are in pads. Also, I was looking at HS Jr year tape.

I have only seen his JR year highlights but does make his throws look effortless. He also can hit WRs at any range with quick release for short and midrange routes.

Not really. He got up to 230 at Washington. He’ll get even stronger here.
That commitment edit on social media doesn’t do him any favors.
