So, does he promote from within and search for replacements or does he search for replacements from outside his current coaches?
Who is even available??? Maybe he finds another head coach to be the OC like he did with the defense.
I really don't think losing the OC is that big, but losing the OL coach hurts!

Did Huff actually leave? Saw something today that Shepherd and Sheridan would be co-offensive coordinators. Nobody really seems to know much- which is probably a good thing.

I've read that Shephard and Sheridan as OCs could be a possibility, but I haven't seen anywhere say that it was definitely going to happen. It's been reported that Huff is finalizing a deal with the Seahawks.

Thanks. Saw that. Alfie Solomans is a dangerous man in Peaky Blinders. Great poster name.

Yeah.

It was a joke.

Radio with Rodney Orr says OC and OL coach from Missouri that DeBoer is familiar with is who he thinks is being targeted.

I can dig it.

Missouri had a good offense last season.

Kirby Moore worked for DeBoer at Fresno State. But I don’t think the OL coach Brandon Jones has any ties directly to DeBoer. Spent a lot of time in the air raid system at East Carolina and Texas Tech.

I could have heard incorrectly but I thought that was what he said. He expected some type of announcement by Wednesday or that is his hope. We need someone in place springbstarts soon and they’re supposed to be doing install right now so they’re ready to go in spring.

With the talent Bama has, I think we can only improve next year with the O-line, especially after bringing in a great center.

I like Kirby Moore's offense a lot, but it's definitely more of a DeBoer/Peterson mix than what DeBoer generally runs. Moore runs it a whole lot more, for one. But they both really value lots of pre-snap motion to identify things and get matchups and angles.

Has Huff left for sure?? Bruce Feldman from the Athletic on Finebaum says he has not as yet.

Yep - per NFL Network, at least.

The #Seahawks have finalized the hire of Scott Huff as their offensive line coach, per source. Huff worked for new Seattle OC Ryan Grubb at Washington (and, very briefly, Alabama) and now follows him to the NFL.

He said that today? That goes against all of the reporting I've heard so far.

Drew De Armand saying he expects and Sheridan and WR coaching to be named Co OC and thinks that the best way forward and getting aTE and OL coach. No idea if anyone knows anything. Sounds like everyone just has speculation. I’ll say this I thought Shana hires were tight lipped, DeBoer is just as tight lipped as Saban was.

I would look at Matt Adkins for tight end coach but I'm not the coach.
