We won't be in a January championship hunt so plenty of time to get these hires right.

I think BOB was going to the NFL after this season anyway, but if Saban can't replace the drunk arse troll trying to run the defense, we have real issues.

What NFL GM would be stupid enough to hire him?

I think Pete is mostly just the recruiter and does what saban tells him otherwise

What makes you think Saban is going to make changes? Our only hope is that Golding and O’Brien get hired away, and that isn’t looking promising (especially with Golding).

I’m not as confident as you that we see changes but I’d love to see someone with more than one scheme on offense that isn’t entirely personnel reliant. The funny thing is I think O’Brien’s scheme is great when he’s got the burner receiver, but he’s obviated as a one trick pony when that isn’t there.

Rumor was Belichick wanted him this year after McDaniels took the Raiders job but didn’t ask because he didn’t want to put Saban in a bad spot.

That Baw at TCU would be on my radar for OC. A chia pet plant would be better than Golding for DC.

I mean Golding literally calls the plays of defense.

He inadvertently did by not asking.

Yup. Schumann has got to be the first call for DC. Not sure about oc, but there are a bunch of good ones out there.

Has to be at least 50-60 better than BoB.

I honestly think they will be back next season. Saban doesn't look that interested in getting rid of them.

There's one who's been wanting the job a long time but Saban has looked over him.

He's homegrown as well.

shite it's a bunch of good DC candidates out there too. It's a number of DCs that can get more out of this defense than Golding.

So Bill Belichick would have put Nick Saban's best interests ahead of his own? I seriously doubt it.

If Saban doesn’t fire their arse after the bowl game, then he’s part of the problem. Nobody is hiring them away and neither of those thieves are going to starve considering how much salary they have stolen from Alabama.

Schumann started his career as a student assistant and then graduate assistant at UA.
