The next tweet in that thread says BoB is considering NFL jobs, so even if he doesn't get a HC job in college, chances are he'll go back to the NFL.

Just because Bob is considering nfl jobs doesn't mean nfl jobs are considering Bob.

Guarantee Belichick would take him on his staff if BoB doesn't receive any other offers.

We all know he's not coming back no matter what happens. I expect us to hire a OC within a week or 2.

Screw him. I’ll give home a dollar everyday to go stand on a corner somewhere in Florida.

I don't think we'll see any major coaching changes before ESD.

That's probably true, to minimize recruiting disruptions. Things have changed somewhat, though. If a signed player dislikes a coaching change bad enough, he can transfer now without sitting out a year.

I don't think we really know that. We thought we knew it last year and here we are

If you were an NFL GM, would you hire him? I wouldn't.

Saban may be strongly encouraging him.

If Shula could go back to the NFL, Bob can too.

Can Bama pay a school like FAU to take him?

The fact that of all our coordinators, only BOB and Pete have had zero job offers tells you how shitty they truly are.

I think Saban holds BoB in high regard because Belichick likes him. I wish Saban would stop toying with pro guys and stick to college ranks. I think some of the elite high school coaches could be good too. Pros guys are just too mechanical, while college and high school coaches have to be more innovative based on the talents and other factors. Mountain Brooks coaches impressed the hell out of me. Their team looks like an Alabama team from the 60s.
