I’m hearing Sark has been officially offered and said he will tell them yes or no by tonight.

I don't know if you're serious or not... but I'll say this:

We don't need to go down the rungs of the rejection ladder. If Sark is who we want, we need to make the deal so sweet that he cannot refuse.

Surely Saban has some pull left, right? Can't believe we would be told no by our entire top 3 choices.

see Coach Saban would be more of an ambassador for Alabama Football

I think Saban is going to try to fix the clusterfrick that college football has become. I don't think I could love him any more than I do, but if he can help return college football back to some sustainable resemblance of the sport I loved, I might put up my own statue of him.

Who knows. Supposedly it was hard for him to hire replacements... but maybe if they are replacing HIM, then it's an easier sell

"Hey, I set you up with the best program foundation you will ever walk into and the most talented roster you will ever coach. Make some decent assistant hires, and keep the team you have. Easy mode"

I’m serious it’s what I’ve been told.

The amount of shite sark must do before he can say yes is astronomical. I get him having to get through that.

Hopefully it doesn't stress him out so much that he hits the bottle...

Would be an amazing hire. But I won't get my hopes up on anyone until it's official.

Bama and Texas are in CST, so why would it be EST?

Sark getting an offer is a favor to him personally. Gets him a Texas raise to stay at the worst.

I agree I’m not convinced yet but I’m hopeful.
