Seattle is a beautiful city but the homeless issue is getting bad. Plus, you know deep down Kalen is pissed about that title game. Refs didn't respect Washington.

How can someone operate on such low battery.

DeBoar is a good hire and a winner. I’m fine with it 100%.

That would take time away from monitoring Bama boards like it's your job.

Well he's going to be shocked when he starts coaching at Bama if he didn't like the ref situation before

If Washington is gonna use going to use a Prince song reference like #PurpleReign as a motto, Auburn should start using #PussyControl.

GMac just mentioned Chris Kleinman. It wasnt inside information just throwing a name out, but id love this hire. There isnt one special candidate that must be hired. Bama is a German engineered supercar and Bama is only considering talented coaches. Whoever is hired will have some or maybe a lot of success

The big problem is there aren't really that many elite coaches out there right now. Especially ones who aren't clearly locked up. Smart and Harbaugh are at their alma maters, they're only leaving to try their hand at the NFL. Brian Kelly is too old. Dabo is on the wrong side of history.

It really only leaves the just below elite tier or up-and-comers to choose from. Frankly, I think we should be trying to find Nick Saban circa 2000. You want to find someone who is a striver and you KNOW has the hunger. You've also got to consider who fits that bill but is at a school that can't offer all the same material benefits as Alabama (operational support, facilities, etc).

That is mainly why I don't think it is Sark. He's got a title contender next year and Texas can provide all the support he needs to get the job done. He doesn't need to be in Tuscaloosa to know he will have the off-the-field support to build a winner.

Incredible history in that area from Roman times to essentially present day.

Possibility Trent Dilfer is on campus. Let's keep this bad boy in the UA system.

If anyone who could possibly know threw money around, they'd stop taking bets.

I think this is the way you keep the band together. At least on D. Those players love that dude.

This seems to be standard for most first year coaches. Keep a couple guys from the last regime that don't conflict with your philosophy in an effort to hold the roster together, but sacrifice them to the fanbase as scapegoats if things don't go as planned the first year or two lol

Says my wife 2-3 times per week. Drives her crazy. Doesn’t bother me though. I’ll charge it when I have too. I’ve still got 9%.

Ps.

I saw a couple of videos about this kid this past week. I can’t believe the family pronounces it the way they do. Lol
