I don’t know Boz. You answer questions like a politician. Maybe you should have your attorney present before you answer any more Tua question. :-)

Is it like it was going into Auburn? Or is Jalen on a very short leash? After a month of having your ear to the ground you should be able to give us a straight forward answer on that.

Of course if it’s just not clear that’s understandable.

It shouldn’t be that hard to figure out.

If our offense struggles, he will probably get put in. For how long, who knows. Will it be a designated number of series or snaps, probably.

I would guess too that if our offense struggles and our defense is also struggling, it would raise the chances he plays even more.

I’m curious to know what the certain circumstances are? If we are up by 40 or down by 20? If we are flat on offense and failing to convert a 3rd down?

River what he said. If we stall, Tua will come in. His package has been practiced, he looked really good with the 1’s. Let’s see what happens.

The only question I have is how long do they keep him in. In other words, is it a two qb system from that point, or ride the hot hand?

I don't think anyone will have the answer for this question until Saban decides to pull the trigger. If we get down 10+ early, due to bad offense. I can see Saban pull the trigger. We have NOTHING to lose and we've seen Saban say many many times do something to regain momentum. He will do it again.

Totally agree. Hopefully we won’t need to give the offense a spark because our gameplan is working.

Call me crazy but I think our defense can keep us in this game. I'm more worried about Clemson's D-line than their offense. Now, if our offense is stalling even if we're in the game I'd give Tua a shot. The thing is Jalen is likely not to turn the ball over due to his style of play. But, Tua has the style of play that can blow this game wide open in our favor.

If our defense is dominating and we are winning by 7 points or more I don’t think Tua plays at all. No need to start slinging it and risk a pick 6 or bad turnover if the defense is dominating (see Ohio State last night).

I'm more confident of our defense being able to handle their offense than any facet of the game. If we can maintain discipline when Clemson's offensive plays break down and tackle Bryant quickly I hold firm to my prediction Clemson won't score more than 14 points.

As usual, Shaft hits the nail on the head! If the offense sucks, Tua should take over regardless of score. Anything else is a recipe for 4th quarter disaster and quite frankly skinkin thinkin. The idea that we are going to ride Hurts until almost all hope is lost is obnoxious. What sort of a freakin moron would come up with that plan?

Hurst gets it done, or he should be pulled, I’d give him four or five possessions.

WHO YA GONNA CALL!

I’ve heard from good sources close to the staff that everyone down there knows Tua is the guy. Any confidence or desire to play should be warranted by a guy that wants to give his team the best chance to win.

The evidence continues to mount. Thank you sir.

Let’s hope Saban has woken up and Hurts is on a short leash.

He is, if we go down or we struggle, Tua is likely coming in.

I believe winning is the name of the game at this point.

In my book, our chances just got a lot better. If Hurts comes out strong, awesome. If the offense is slopping around, quick sub before it gets out of hand.

Winning plan.

Yep, we go down swinging this time.

I wish we had a contingency plan vs Auburn, but I sort of understand why we didn’t. We had almost a month to get ready for this game.

Game was close against the barn, and we had so many mistakes elsewhere it probably wouldn’t have been a good idea.

Yea good point. Side note, the amount of tweets and comments I’ve seen about the team being angry and motivated, if we lose this game it ain’t because we didn’t prepare or want it enough.

I truly believe that, I think they will give everything they have. If Clemson is the better team so be it but, I know we will fight.
