Phil Savage on WJOX The Roundtable this week said he wouldn’t be surprised if Tua comes in to give a spark to the offense if it starts looking like it did vs. Auburn early on.

His answers don't really give me the warm fuzzies. One example and I paraphrase: "How is your relationship with Daboll?" Tua's basic reply was "He's been in the league a long time". Granted, though, the dumbass interviewing him is irritating as hell.

He says all the right things. But his body language is that of of caged predatory cat, pacing back and forth, waiting to be unleashed on its pray.

If those comments are accurate...Seems like tua is letting some selfishness show. Of course it's a team sport, why does he need to comment on it?

Unless our coaches aren't as smart as I think, or Tua isn't as good as I think, they'll convince him to stay. I mean, I'd say ,"Jalen was here a year before you. He's our starter. Wink wink. But, spring is coming. Our passing game needs to improve. Wink wink."

Doesn’t seem to be much there. Says Jalen is like a big brother and has taught him a lot and helped him adjust. Also said he’d want to play if it were up to him, which I’m sure anyone would say.
