re: Milroe isn't the only issue... Coaches deserve so much blame

I haven’t been here as a poster very long - but read often. Here are a few things I know.
1. The defensive staff detests Wommack.
2. Wommack has actually frozen up during the season while making calls.
3. Saban has shared his disdain for womacks scheme - specifically the safety play.
4. Regardless of what is portrayed - Jalen has changed into a total problem. A cancer.
5. During the Wisconsin game he rode in the seat on the bus - to the game - that the head coach has ridden in for 17 years. Totally disrespecting DeBoer.
6. During lsu week he cussed Sheridan out on Wednesday scrimmage and when DeBoer weighed in he screamed and cussed him. Yet we played him. DeBoer was visibly shaken over the whole incident.
7. This isn’t episodic - Kalen has some decisions to make going forward about what he does to be more successful.
I have other examples….but won’t go into more .So stop thinking our qb play can be any better. It can’t. He does 2 things - run the ball in a straight line and sling a deep ball. Can’t read a defense and throwing mechanics are horrible.

Yes, I agree that the defense only gave up 10 points and this is completely on the offense.

Didn't get one stop?! They held them to 3 points despite being in our redzone 3 different times
I'm not about to say they played great, but they also were on the field a ton. Again. Because the offense couldn't get clicking in the first half. Yeah we had some drops and poor play calling. MIlroe also held the ball when he should've handed off.
Second half, Milroe was terrible. No way around that. We were in the game until his 2 interceptions. The "effort" on the tackle alone would've made me bench him
This season is done. Start Ty next week, let him run the offense and see what he can do.

Jalen's a politician -- says and does the right thing in front of the camera. But when it comes to doing to correct or difficult things, he's a bust at least half of the time!! Kind of like our politicians today!!

I feel like most of this is not true. Is he the right QB, no. Does his emotions get the best of him, probably. But I don’t see how this actually happens.

I would just pull him and show his followers the bench too. They have nothing to play for now except whatever Tampax Bowl we end up going to.

Team not prepared.
Coaching wasn't good.
O line wasn't good.
Qb was awful.
Defense not physical enough/out of position.
Punter sucked.
Refs sucked with the worst call I've seen in my life probably.
This team is soft, weak, and undisciplined. Look at the penalties, especially at the wrong time, or the actions of some like Moore.
Also, some on here are talking about how much talent is on this team. Is it really that talented??? Malachi had been nonexistent for 2 years. Milroe not a good qb. O line talks big, but isn't very good. Lbs aren't special. Nothing impressive in db's. The only real talent is Williams. I just think the talent may not be that great.
And lastly...i think the state of this whole team can be summed up with Milroe, being a captain and supposedly leader, throwing an INT, partly because of the receiver not blocking but he also didn't look, and he chewed the receiver out. The Milroe flat out throws a terrible INT, and instead of making the tackle, hitting him out of bounds, pushing him, anything!! Milroe tried to trip him. He tried to trip him. And that's the Leader of the team?!?!? There's the problem.

This…100000%. The coaching has been pretty bad all year and I’ve pointed out several terrible game management situations, but the biggest thing is this team IS SOFT!! Milroe is very limited at QB against physical defenses, but even if we had a good QB that could read a defense the coaching has been bad.
I’ll wait another 1-2 QBs to make a final judgement on DeBoer’s tenure here, but he better figure out really quickly that softness will get you killed in the SEC and that you have to be intense every single week in practice and on Saturdays. There are NO off weeks in the SEC!!!
