Would love for that to happen. This team can beat anyone, even though they can also lose to anyone. Would be the melt of the century if Bama gets in and wins it all.

You a funny man.

He should definitely go 1st round. So if you’re a GM of a NFL franchise and are reading this board, do not miss your opportunity to draft this incredible qb!

I’ve seen a lot crazier things happen. There’s really not a great team anywhere this season. Bama has struggled on the road this season minus the LSU game. But they’ve looked pretty solid at home. There’s probably 4-5 teams in the playoffs that would be slight favorites over Bama

I hope so. I was a massive Jalen Defender until the Tennessee game. Just no coming back from his performance since then

Milroe will display the loyalty college fans so desperately want in today’s players and stick around in Tuscaloosa next year for another dance.

It’s about fricking loyalty to a school and loyalty to players, even the shitty ones because fan love (as we all know) is unconditional.

I will ban myself from this board if this happens

Again, first round is a stretch but second would not surprise me because NFL teams right now are repeatedly taking on projects at QB.

What we have to worry about is if he gets a strong signal from the NFL that he needs another year of college to maximize his draft potential. I don’t think he’s going to come out unless he thinks he’s going to be a fairly high choice. He may be a dummy on the football field but he’s an intelligent young man otherwise. One would hope he’d be encouraged to get that extra year at a different address.

What concerns me more is we now have to wait another year to learn about our HC. It sure would be better to start the wait with a win vs the cow college instead of a L. Other than the win vs a good UGA (not great), I believe most any coach in the SEC would have won the other games we did this year.

There's no defending him after that.

All I can say today is we better not lose to Awbarn. The sky will fall and DeBoer’s honeymoon will be over. He will have to prove himself next year all over again and the seat will be red hot.
Our schedule has tough away games, if I am not mistaken. Milroe will be gone and he will have a new QB. Which maybe a boon or bust. Defense is now a concern too, Womack looks to be out of his league.

We get LSU and Tennessee at home.

We travel to Athens and both Columbias.

I think Anthony Richardson may have changed that approach a bit

GMs, HCs know they have a small window to show they’re fit for the job, and I don’t know how much patience a “project” will allow moving forward

Milroe absolutely can go second round. The ego of owners/coaches are huge. They see a guy with Milroe's physical skill and think they can harness it when no other coaches couldnt

He’d go late 2nd round on athleticism alone, with the hope he could turn into Hines Ward or a hybrid TE/WR/RB that can run trick plays or wild cat in the redzone.
