Has the game changed dramatically since last week as well?

Did Hurts go 4 of 13 passes for 18 yards, with 2 interceptions last week as well?

He did much worse than that the way people talk.

Odd, you guys bitch about Jalen non-stop and yet we keep winning.

We bitch about our field goal kicker missing easy ones in clutch scenarios, yet we keep winning. That doesn't mean he's doing his job.

And Saban keeps bringing out that same kicker over and over why?

Because he know's it's the best chance of having success.

Speaking of kickers - we would have never had the glory of Tiffin in his senior year if fans had their way after Arkansas that one game. Even I was like - don't put him back in please by the end.

And yet, that performance came from the best FG kicker we've had since... his dad?

You don't shite on your players, you help to get them better and to learn from their mistakes.

Yes, all those highly rated WR's are to blame for the consistent poor passing game over the past two years.

Saying you want a better passer at QB is one thing, but don't use star ratings a receiver earned against HS competition to defend them and then shite on the guy that win last year's SEC POTY as a freshman. I mean c'mon...

Would you rather me use their production numbers with a poor QB throwing to them instead?

My point (obviously) is that, although WR's are going to drop balls, and QB's are going to miss passes (and reads), only one of those two things has been CONSISTENTLY happening for the past two years. I overlook anomalies. It's the consistent poor play that I'd like to see addressed.

Palmer just highlighted Jalen's missed reads against Clemson

Just brutal, elementary school QB misses

Why do we all keep beating around the bush? We're most likely going to need Tua tonight. Saban is fully aware of this possibility, which is why he's been getting work with the 1s.

Stop worrying. If Jalen can't get it done, Tua will. We're going to win this game

I hope Jalen can pass for 100 yards and we get a W.

Idc if Jalen throws for 20 yards, or Tua throws for 500 with 8 INTs, I just want the W

Same here - all I want is a victory and I don't care who plays what position for what percentage of the game or what stats they have as long as bama has at least one more point than UGA.

Yep. I saw that breakdown last night and again today. Plays were well designed, well called by Daboll and well executed by everyone but Jalen.

Sadly, those few plays are pretty representative of plays that are there to be made in every game, but are not due to Jalen failing to read the field, find the right target and make the right throw.

I just pray we pull off this win tonight, despite Jalen's limitations. Either way, I think Jalen is going to lose his job to Tua before the first game next season.

I think some of us believe that Saban has known since early season that Jalen is a bad quarterback and we believe he should have brought Tua along more quickly and played the guy that would allow us to use the entire offense and take advantage of all those 5 star receivers. We fear that he will wait too late tonight or wait till we are down 3 scores before making the change. It isn't a matter of if Hurts struggles passing the ball, we all already know it is a definite including Saban. Let Hurts watch from the sidelines where he belongs. No more running backs at quarterback.

Tua-14 for 24 166 yards, 6.9 ypa, 3TDs, 1 INT and 2 sacks.

In one half of the most beautiful QBing I’ve seen since AJ’s best.

And he can read defense, look off the dbs, check down to secondary receivers, has a quick release but also has good touch, and is actually a dual threat.

Finally.

If I were an SEC DC, I’d be drinking Pepto right now thinking of defending Alabama next year. The blueprint has been reset. They’ve got their hands full.
