She did a good job when she started at CBS42. The Tony Brown interview was good. Dabo lied. Then she married a HS football coach and tried to get a school disqualified from the playoffs because her husband lost a few players to them. It’s still a joke.

Her done a good job before She has always been a cockroach like the vast majority of journalist/activist dick heads.

A whole lot of Hoover players are tweeting about this. I don't see any who support firing these coaches.

You can only embed one tweet per post so I'll only post one example and not send a bunch of replies that spam the thread.

Coaches have to know in today’s world that you can’t rip a players helmet off and have another coach hump him while he’s on the ground.

I don't see humping happen at all in the video that has been shared so far. Maybe there's a longer video that doesn't cut off immediately when the coach grabs the player, but I haven't seen it.

Gilmer was Jalen Mbakwe's coach.

Saying the N word and coaches humping the heads of teenage boys. You’ve sure picked some odd hills to die on these last few weeks.

Didn't Gulf Shores get caught giving player's families apartments?

Yes. They have been moving kids in to play. But that stuff happened in the Birmingham area schools like Hoover, Homewood and Mountain Brook back when I played over 20 years ago. Briarwood recruited players. People would be surprised at stuff that happened in the era with no iPhones and social media.

Look, he’s just asking for conclusive video evidence that the humping happened and multiple angles. That’s the thing about having a consistent viewpoint

They did much worse shite to us at Northport Junior High football practice. I remember a drill where you back up 5 yards and just hit head to head. I don’t know what the purpose was but I always seemed to get lined up against Le’Ron McClain. It wasn’t Junction, Texas but it was tougher than what these kids deal with today. Water was “served” via a hose pipe connected to a bunch of pvc pipes with holes drilled in them. High school was even more difficult. Still, I wish I could do it all again

Another video showing a different instance of a Hoover coach ripping a player’s helmet off.

Unfortunately, most people on this forum jump to conclusions so I'm sure most of you won't be waiting for more information before rushing to judgement.
now that is funny. i’ve noticed that “not jumping to conclusions” for you seems to mean “not believing your eyes if you don’t like what you see.” whether it be vaccines working, trump losing the election, the guy who called that guy the n word calling him the n word, or your favorite high school football coaching staff assaulting their players, you seem to be extremely skilled at closing your eyes, putting your fingers in your ears, balling up into the fetal position, and rolling around squealing like a little piggy in denial. i agree your consistency in doing this in every situation is quite impressive.

been to a whoooole lot of football practices in my day. this, as anybody who has could tell ya, is obviously waaaaay over the line and would never have been common in any era. guessing football practice is something you didn’t do a lot of in your day, call it a hunch.

i tell ya one thing, if those morons did that to my kid and somehow kept their jobs because a bunch of backwoods window lickers like you liked the coach, i’d own the fricking school by the time my lawyers were done with them.

that’s how the world works no matter how much it hurts your little feelings.

Yeah. I like to have something definitive before I lynch someone.

ETA: I'm hearing from people closer to this that there's more to it than what these videos show. We'll see if that holds true, but I actually trust these folks so I think it probably is. Will be interesting to see how they move forward this season.

Looks like we're going to lose that pipeline unless some other school picks these coaches up.
