I love Mallette's effort, attitude, and energy, but his play has not been up to snuff. He's supposed to be a 40+% shooter, and hes not even hitting 25%.

We will never matchup with the elite teams with size until Oats starts prioritizing defense over offense just a tad bit more than he does.

Disappointing result tonight. A lot of people playing poorly leads to an inevitable loss. Missing so many at the rim was especially killer. Hopefully we don’t let one loss lead to a bad loss tomorrow night.

I hope so. It’s just unfortunate with how bad our front court is every game will be tough. Oats was arrogant this offseason and should’ve recruited a better big. Shooting threes is fine but bigs like Sherrell and Williamson don’t win championships in March.
