It is absolutely their responsibility that we don’t have the personnel to be competent. They know this offense doesn’t work without a competent running game.

Agree there. I don’t have any feeling either way for DeBoer. I do want to see what he gets going with his guys like Keelon and not the leftovers that don’t fit the system.
There have definitely been unacceptable games by this staff. This being one of them.

That plus Jam is slow and not shifty, Hill is a short yardage back, I guess Riley is hurt or something, and Dear obviously doesn't know the playbook. So yeah there's no one reliable back there, much less a legit feature back. I get that people are freaking out right now but at the end of the day we have simply whiffed on way too many OL and RB recruits the last 3-4 years and it fully caught up to us this year when we have a non-runner at QB.
