He is a quality OC, absolutely I want him if we are truly staying up tempo-spread.

That would make sense. He ran a pro-style offense at Arkansas.

Under Bielema who demanded that out of his OC, I guess my confusion is that he came here to a place that runs a spread offense and then was offered the OC job and thought he wasn't supposed to continue the spread offense?

Saban must not have offered him the OC position. Why would he leave otherwise?

Could be because saban's a complete dickhead, who knows. Look we all like to believe alabama's a stepping stone and they all leave for better jobs and of course they do but it's time to maybe assign some pathology to this shite.

This is the coaching staff that was supposed to stick, remember? All young up and comers and all that other shite.

Something's frickin' wrong here.

It could just be he didn’t want to work under Saban as it is difficult . I know someone very close to A former coach who may be on the radar to come back and he was just telling me how different his current job is vs working under Saban. Work environment , everything is scripted to a T, and even things like Saban requiring the coaches/staff to be in at 10am on Sundays affecting church . It has its rewards but is not for everyone

Yeah this is totally unprecedented. Two years in a row a complete staff overhaul. Surely Saban can accept 1 loss without thinking it's every coach on the staffs fault. Not saying that is what he's thinking but I'm just looking at this situation and completely baffled. I really wanted to keep Gattis and Enos. Now both are gone. Saban must be a dick to work for. Recruiting is built on long-term relationships and this incontinuity in our coaching staff yearly has got to affect our recruiting negatively.
Down vote that fuk tard

The only baffling one is Enos.

Locksley got his dream job in Maryland

Gattis goes back to the BIG 10 to be OC Michigan

Enos, I'll admit Im puzzled but I have faith it will work itself out

This is what will be the death of us. We can't stay on top with constant high coaching turnover. Losing enos really hurts. I would like to know what other top program is second in coaching turnover.

For this year, it's probably UGA...they're having to replace both coordinators...

Go look up his offense, our Last OC was a failed HC from New Mexico and his replacement was supposed to be a failed HC from Central Michigan. That's a real dumb way to look at this shite.

Who would y'all think are good candidates, or early favorites for the OC job?
