There was conflicting reports from guys at the last scrimmage on which QB performed better. This time last year Rico Scott was a not so secret weapon, etc etc.
"inside info" always gets passed on through the lens of the observers, and observers have biases.

One can only hope . Jimmy Stein has said he heard the same thing … not sure how much he knows

I'm not sure why we would be hoping that Russell would win the job as opposed to Mack.

Im still a believer in Rico Scott. They had a few plays for him last year and I believe he had a walk-in touchdown on one of them. He has good size. Needs to block better and work on his route running, just like 95% of all college WRs. But I like what he brings as the 4th/5th WR.
Who is gonna be KR and PR this year? I could see Scott being used some there.

I believe Russell, if he is indeed named the starter, would be our first starting QB to wear #12 since McElroy.

Word is that McElroy and his mom have sent a cease and desist letter to Alabama to stop using his Name, Image, and Likeness after this disrespect and he wants the university to give back his Rhodes Scholar letter

Everybody is entitled to their opinion . Russell may not can handle it , who knows , but I guess the best way I can describe my position is that it would make me uncomfortable to see KR go to another team but I wouldn’t be upset if Mack did. Mack has the tools to be a good QB also. I do think it is closer than some think

If keelon transfers I’ll admit I’d be like why do I even care anymore vs Mack it would be like well that sucks but at least we have keelon so I’m good.
