AJ McCarron said he's had it and they gave him a shot to play through the pain so they may do that with Bryce

Was never going to be a high first round pick either. Will be interesting to see how Bryce plays this

Im shocked nobody seems concerned about Brian Branch arguably our best DB who left the game with an injury.

Looked like possible concussion.

Id like to be 100% for dirtneck saturday

Brian is a beast, but if we can't stop that shite offense without Brian, our defense will have bigger problems. Their offense is really bad.

I don’t know about spraining it but you can definitely pull it.

The answers you seek can be found at an Aggie Midnight Yell pep rally.

Ummm... We don't know where he works, what he does.. who he is... and do we really care?

And that’s probably for the best, for his sake.

He been posting for a minute... no issue. For all we know it's a fan with educated guess.

Almost certainly not the case.

My point was it didn't matter what he does for a living whether he's connected or as a fan

9 is a game time decision. Coach Saban has said this and been very accurate all along.

It sounds like a minor sprain, at worst, since it’s even a possibility for him to play this week. He came back out last week and I don’t think the shoulder wasn’t stabilized? So the ligament damage would have been minimal.

I’m sure they’re throwing the book at it ths thing… modalities, vaso, vetstibular, etc. He threw a little after the injury, so range of motion shouldn’t be an issue. Likely a pain management situation, like Saban mentioned.

The AT staff probably spent this week working on inflammation, soreness, and strengthening the joint. I’m sure he’s already had some corticosteroid treatment and will receive a similar regimen plus analgesics before the game.

The only real concern from my perspective is reaggrevation, which isn’t likely unless he were to take a similar fall… but possible.

I think Bryce plays and it’s much less of a concern than most have made it out to be. As fans, it’s easy underestimate the means and methods of a major D1 program. Yes, the ortho would have sent us home with rest, ice, and anti inflammatories, but I guarantee they’ve been attacking his rehab all week and if anything, over-treated him for this type of AC sprain. A normal patient wouldn’t see a therapist at all for a grade 1 sprain. Bryce has likely been treated 2-3 time a day for the last six days.

I wonder if Kool-Aid got any time at Star in practice this week (after having to play the position last week due to Branch's injury and Moore cramping).

As much as I like Moore, having Arnold, Kool-Aid and Ricks/Jackson all on the field together is intriguing.

Was Branch a concussion? As soon as he goes out Arkansas started their run. He’ll be missed.

It's impressive that Bryce has had this same injury multiple times and I honestly didn't notice any of his passes being "off". Does the AC joint get weaker with multiple injuries to it hence why he didn't play vs ATM and is still questionable so far for UTk?

Any joint complex can get "more loose" with repetitive injury. So yes that is a possibility but with a Grade 1/2 issue it is less likely. Also, with proper rehabilitation that further decreases the chances of it being a worsening condition.

For example, think of chronic ankle sprains in players like Steph Curry (ligaments definitely can lose integrity over time)
