So what coaches are on their way out and who is out there that we can get to replace them. I don’t mind even raiding conference rivals considering what many schools did to Alabama when they had great coordinators and position coaches.

I think Saban gives it one last shot and hangs it up so if he decides to clean house this off-season, I say the next 2-3 years will be his last and who ever he can get on his coaching staff is what he wins with. After that I think he hangs it up.

That's a good starting point.

Golding and O'Brien are gone the day after the Iron Bowl. I don't care about a bowl game.

Kiss Sankey's arse or whatever you have to do and hire Pruitt to run the defense. Golding can kick rocks.

Bring back Bo Davis too. Roach can coach ILB or he can move on.

Saban needs to stop that rehab shite IMO. Brings the program down.

I would fire Ballou, too, and bring in a S&C coach who instills some fire, passion and physicality into the players.

O'Brien
Golding
Wiggins
Hutzler
Roach

And a very one-sided convo w/ Ballou

Don't agree at all with that. That's how we got Sark and he'd coach circles around every offensive guy on our staff.

Why husztler? He didn't do anything wrong. He is not the one who puts personnel in the field.

Did I actually see Alabama receive a block in the back penalty on a fair catch? Or did the copious amount of ingested bourbon cloud my judgement?

The sad thing is, we probably won’t fire anyone. It’ll take someone hiring them away.

I really don’t have an opinion on Hutzler but I agree with the rest and would add Ballou needs to be replaced or hire someone in addition that has a killer mentality that can motivate.

Even if he just gets rid of Golding and BooB Ill be thrilled beyond belief. Even more so if we hire Pruitt to come back home. Sign Pruitt to a lifetime contract to be our DC

If the OC & DC are let go, I’d try to hire Milwee as OC and Schumann as DC…and then let them confer with Saban on the assistants…

As for Wiggins, Devonta Smith thought very highly of him and this is the first year our WRs have underperformed as a whole; not to mention, he’s the primary recruiter for Julian Sayin. No way in hell I’d let him go now…

I agree Pete. I think there are better options than Miller but I would take him over BoB in a heartbeat. I’m on the Schumann train as well!

Everyone on this board loved Cochran until suddenly they didn't. I never bought into the mentality that we had him to blame for injuries.

Wiggins has been spoken highly of from a lot players and he's a winner.

Wiggins isn't the problem. Billy O'Brien on the other hand is trash.

Has the kicking game improved or declined this year?

Has the play of our "best 3 outside linebackers in college football" improved or declined this year?

Those are his areas of responsibility. Both areas declined under his leadership. How do you screw up a position group anchored by Will Anderson, Jr. / Dallas Turner / Chris Braswell?
