Hopefully that is more of a qb problem than Sales himself.

Edit for wrong receiver. My bad.

Hopefully not. I hope his fingers turn to hot dogs and he cost Indiana 2 million a year to do nothing

I also noticed Quay Russaw is looking like a probable backup for Ohio St. and he’s injured again. It’s still early, but I’m my opinion, we upgraded at every position. All of the guys that left seem like they may have been overrated a little. I still believe Russaw was just playing the wrong position. Watching his high school highlights, he’d been a better fit as an off the ball linebacker. But he made his choice. Either way, I like the guys we have now.

Keon Keeley was such a disappointment for us, when he signed I thought he would be a superstar. James Smith & Russaw were underwhelming too, 2 instate 5-Stars we pried away from the Barn didn’t do much and then bailed for money.

What this shows is thr quality we thought we had was not it. We leaned on those guys these last years as well.

The great thing is we really upgraded

Keely was a bit of a project but he did play pretty well the last 6 games or so. Had 3 sacks those last games, IIRC.

Looks like Tarzan plays like Jane. If you're going to be a terrible run defender you have to be the best cover corner or edge rusher on the team.

This kid could be a Deebo Samuels like talent for us.

Keeley is still a very odd move for me. He basically solidified 40 snaps a game this year with us but went to a new scheme he’d have to learn and be the same rotational piece with less experience in the system
