Yep at least at the witching hour all signs point to Tenner.

I have been trying to figure out who you guys are talking about
5 star OT currently committed to Iowa. He was down to Alabama and Iowa. He chose the home team but could be reconsidering.
Proctor

Andrew Bone is hinting at a Proctor flip. Please god let it happen.
They have been trying to get him in on another visit.
His Oregon visit apparently has put some slack between him and his Iowa commitment...

Drew D on WYTK 93.9 just had a surprising tidbit. Freddie Roach is currently the #1 ranked recruiter for this cycle.

From Roll Bama Roll
quote:
Since the end of the regular season, the Crimson Tide saw some defections in the form of players hitting the transfer portal. All but Aaron Anderson - who the Tide will likely try to convince to stay - have had their names stricken from the roster and will not join the team in New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl. Their losses are some early enrollees’ gains.
Alabama commits QB Eli Holstein, OL Miles McVay, OL Wilkin Formby, OL Ryqueze McElderry, S/TE Bray Hubbard, and DL Hunter Osborne have all graduated high school and will begin practicing with the team on Friday.
These players are thankfully passing up participation in irrelevant high school All-Star games to join the Tide. They are allowed to practice and travel with the team. Thanks to a new rule passed by the NCAA, they can also suit up for the game. However, they are not eligible to play under any circumstances.

Sign all of this top talent is wonderful but for me what is more important is who we are bringing in to coach them, gameplan and call plays.
Otherwise we will be in another season where some on here are swearing we don't have any talent, our players are weak and the poor staff has nothing but scraps to work with

This is what I find funny. This basically says Saban wants AA to stay. But others make it sound like that is not the case.

If it makes you feel better, from what more informed people have said, it kinda sounds like AA never fully bought in. If that is true, he's addition by subtraction. We need a culture/attitude overhaul.
If this was actually the case Saban would have removed him from the roster as well in my opinion.

Caleb Downs will be in Tuscaloosa this weekend.

It didn't go that great. AU wanted an official visit (recruits are allowed a second official of there is a coaching change) and all Freeze could get was a one day unofficial visit.

Opa Locka (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna Prep five-star receiver Jeremiah Smith has felt like he was going to be a Buckeye for a long time.
The No. 1 pass catcher in his class went ahead and made it official on Wednesday evening, announcing his pledge to Ryan Day and Ohio State.
“It’s just been the school on my mind since I visited in June 2021, when I first went up there Coach Day and Coach (Brian) Hartline really showed they wanted me and needed me in the 2024 class.”
The No. 2 overall prospect in the 247Sports Composite Player Rankings returned to Ohio State several times after and fell more in love with each trip. There was also the regular interaction with Hartline and the staff.
“It’s just a brotherhood up there with the players and coaches and I felt that’s the place for me,” Smith said. “The atmosphere, everything up there, the city, the fans, really just the culture, I just loved it.”
The 6-foot-3, 185-pound Smith chose Ohio State over an offer list that included Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State and several others. He is commit No. 4 in the 2024 cycle for the Buckeyes, joining the No. 1 overall player in quarterback Dylan Raiola.
“I have a great connection with Dylan,” Smith said. “He’s been recruiting me since he committed to Ohio State. He texts me every day, ‘we need you, you’re our No. 1 guy and we need dogs like you to come help this program.’”
In helping his team win a state championship this fall, Smith turned 58 receptions into 1,073 yards and 20 touchdowns. There might not be a better receiver in the country regardless of class, and Smith can’t wait to see how he develops under the tutelage of Hartline.
“I know I’m going to get better each and every day when I’m up there,” Smith said. “He’s going to push me hard every day in practice and I’ve seen the development he had with all the receivers like Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson and everything and I feel he can develop me into a first round draft pick like those guys if I come in and do everything right."
Whoever is recruiting and coaching these receivers is who we need.
