Just what I hear from a few people I put stock in. But please understand that I am quick to say that I am definitely not one of our insiders. I am as eager to hear from them about recruits just as any other fan. Maybe we can pull him before Signing Day. We’ll be fine either way.

I don't really care if he picks us, him going not to Georgia would still be a net win for us. Like he's going to do shite at a Freeze led auburn

Not at all. I will always take talented players but if having fun is part of your reasoning then no I don’t want you. Bama and Georgia are two places where fun comes second and ball comes first. If you don’t fit that you’re not going to be any good or transfer anyway

Just have to keep recruiting, finish off the guys we lead with and make some moves on some guys during the season finish with a top 3 top 5 class. 2025 already looks like we’re going to be fighting for 1 class again. The capstone is in good shape per usual

He is a good kid, my son said he told him he really likes auburns chill atmosphere. He got paid so I'm happy for him.

Agreed. Not every player is a good fit for our program. Nothing wrong with it. If having fun in a laid back atmosphere is what he's after that's fine. He just won't find it in Tuscaloosa.

It’s not hate. I wish every kid well and to go to the school of his choice but from a Bama perspective we have taken too many guys over the recent years who don’t really understand the standard. Coming out and saying it’s not all about winning don’t fit with us and that’s fine. Plenty of schools he fits with

This is also nothing new. My fiancé is an auburn grad and worked in recruiting, Malzhan and his staff used to sell the same thing. Bama boring and not fun, Auburn fun and loose. Some kids want that. Hugh brings that same vibe just ask the Nkemdechie brothers. They had so much fun in college they started falling out of hotel windows.
