Truth. Since Bama is never going away would rather share the wealth with Saban than other SEC teams.

Did Saban sign those guys?
Did Upchurch start? Was Fowler a starting RB?
He signed Fowler.
Coffee developed into a third round RB under Saban. Had a tremendous 2008 season. Was seldom used by the previous staff.
Grant and Upchurch had various injuries over their careers at Alabama.

If he doesn't sign tonight I don't believe he will sign with Bama. If he truly wanted to go to Bama there was no reason not to sign today. It was said he was going to a party. How long does it take to sign your name. Not convinced he'll be in this class.

My sources indicate Trey and his family went to Hooters and ordered 40 wings, 20 mild and 20 hot, with an order of curly fries. More to come as I get it.

The sun has set on Day 1 of college football’s Early Signing Period, and just as the day started, it ended with Alabama holding a firm grip on No. 1 in the recruiting rankings.
The Crimson Tide signed 22 of its 26 committed players on Wednesday, including a pair of 5-star prospects. Three players -- defensive lineman Byron Young, cornerback Christian Williams and running back Keilan Robinson -- don’t plan on signing until National Signing Day in February. The fourth is 5-star running back Trey Sanders, who committed but has not (yet) signed.

Alabama tops the 247Sports Composite rankings with 312.34 total points and an average player rating of 94.04. The Tide has the No. 1 class ahead of No. 2 Georgia, No. 3 Texas A&M, No. 4 LSU and No. 5 Oregon. The 22 high schoolers come from 10 states -- Alabama (6), Florida (3), Georgia (3), Maryland (3), New Jersey (2), Illinois (1), Kentucky (1), Louisiana (1), Mississippi (1) and Texas (1).

“We’re really pleased with the signing today,” Alabama head coach Nick Saban said. “We were able to add 22 players to the roster. We still have a few more that may come in. We do have some additional numbers that we can take guys, so don’t do your calculations and scare off everybody that we’re recruiting for February because we do have spots left and there are good players out there that we’re very much interested in and are interested in us.”
The Crimson Tide adds five offensive linemen, five linebackers, four defensive backs, three defensive linemen, two quarterbacks, one wide receiver, one tight end and placekicker to its roster. Saban was asked about several position groups, including the 12 new players on defense.
“It was a very high priority at all positions, and it’s going to continue to be a priority as we continue to recruit,” Saban said. “But we lost a lot of players in the last two years. We probably haven’t replaced them as quickly as we lost them. So, now we’re trying to -- and I think a lot of these players see the opportunity they have because of that. That was very important.”
Alabama signed five linebackers and offensive linemen apiece and Saban touched on the latter. “Well, we’re going to lose quite a bit, I think,” Saban said. “I think it was important to have a good class in that area, as well. And I think we were able to do that.
"We never know for sure right now exactly -- guys going out early for the draft, we’ve always managed that when guys are high picks and all that. I think we try to give good information so they can make business decisions. But we never know for sure exactly what we need because of that and that can have a significant impact on how that impacts your team for next year.”

Two of the six players from Alabama in this class were quarterbacks. If everyone comes back next year at that position, the Tide will have six signal callers. Saban said four is the ideal minimum.
“We were excited about both guys,” Saban said. “They’re two really good quarterbacks here in the state. There are other good quarterbacks, too, but we were happy with the two we got. They were both very productive. They have great character. They have a lot of potential.
“Taulia had a lot of success and led his team to the state finals. I know he was banged up at the end of the year and it didn’t work out, but had some great games where he led his team to come from behind. We’re excited about him. Paul has been in a very successful program and very productive, great character. I’m happy we got both guys here. I think we should have at least four quarterbacks on scholarship. Five is OK, too. We’re kind of in the ballpark now.”
Twenty-one of UA’s 22 signees were either 4- or 5-star recruits. The only exception is the kicker, which is not out of the ordinary in recruiting rankings. With a scholarship kicker and punter on the roster already, Saban was asked about bringing Reichard in on a scholarship.
“I think the guy is a really talented guy,” Saban said. “I mean, he’s a really good person, hard worker, really good specialist in all regards. He can punt, he’s a really good kicker, he’s had great production as a young player. We looked at it as a chance to improve our team in that area.”
The Early Signing Period will end Friday, Dec. 21, and National Signing Day will take place Feb. 6.

Apparently they don’t even fax anymore. All the guy has to do is take a pic of the page and email it. He should have done that before he went to any party and he sure as hell can pause for 30 seconds and do it during the party. This is starting to smell a little fishy to me...

The Rusty guy on the georiga boards tweeted out about GA not being done tonight.
However, he followed up that it was not about Trey Sanders. Possibly Solomon then.

I really wonder how some of your will make it through a 9-4 season in the future.
