The non functioning 220v outlet and the awful smell at a minimum should have been included in an inspection. The shitty dishwasher is understandable...

Buying a home (especially a “used” one) is going to be a shite-show more often than not in a seller’s market. Especially if you’re married.

I’m a fricking real estate attorney and got screwed on my home. It’s like I had fifteen beers and woke up the next morning married to a second rate Vegas hooker with three kids.

That's who we are considering suing.

The piece of shite hasn't returned any of our calls over the last week.

You would think your agent might have mentioned the cat piss smell.

Our agent swears up and down she didn't smell anything when she went through the house. She came over after we got there and we took her into the room and she says it didn't smell like that on the final walkthrough she did a week earlier.

It fricking stunk. We ripped up the carpet and pad and bleached the shite out of the concrete floor. The smell is gone now, but I'm having to pay out of pocket to replace the carpet.

But, hey, she gave us a $50 gift certificate to Longhorn as a house warming gift.

Thank God, for those concrete floors. Wood would have soaked it all up. It's horrible.

Cat piss should have an octane rating

The realtor initials wouldn't happen to be C L would it.

Carrols visit went very well . Besides his attitude his highlights are awesome . I like E. jones but I think Carrol has more upside, looks like he’s mad to play position. jones had highlights from his playoff game this week which he looked good , but on coin flip has Ohio St headband on? So I don’t know . May not get no Qb! I’m actually ok with that ! If it’s not one of these.

I may have missed it in the thread but did you get a home inspection?

Ole Miss situation

Given our needs in the secondary, I'd be all for adding Deontay Anderson. If he is granted a waiver, he'd have 3 years of eligibility. I also think we'd have a good chance at Benito Jones, given our need at DT, and maybe even A.J. Brown.

I honestly don't want Ole Miss castaways. The obviously didn't want to be here to begin with when we recruited them.

Ill take them... AJ brown is a beast. Because a kid went elsewhere dosent mean he didnt want to be here. There are all kinds of reasons why kids go to certain schools. Im not mad at them. Except Auburn, frick Auburn

Yeah and an appraisal.

The inspector is the shithead who won't return our calls.

With N Joseph not commiting yesterday. Horn might be getting commitable offer soon.

Any word on S Smith, he is going to Auburn this weekend. Auburn fans seem somewhat confident in getting him.

What looked like two locks a few months ago, could be going elsewhere.

With immediate playing time available, how are these two kids not already committed to Bama?

Did you actually hire and pay for your own home inspection?

I've asked this question before. Either our staff is getting badly outworked/out-recruited by other staffs, or these kids are somehow, in the age of social media where you can look up depth charts in seconds, unaware of the fact that our depth chart will be razor thin. I think it's the former.

Perception > Reality... while it may be true... the perception by most is that Alabama is stacked 4 deep with 5*s at every position... it's probably not strictly one thing... it likely will correct itself before signing day(s) anywho though...
