Yea it is you can't question anyone's effort because a kid doesn't want to come here. We all knew Kirby could recruit and was our ace so why would you guys think it would change when he went somewhere else?

So obviously we are struggling with top tier targets. Let's hope we still get who the staff wants

Y'all wanna hear some bullshite?

So most of you know we bought our house sight unseen (which was a huge mistake) and I wasn't too thrilled when we got to Prattville last week.

Well the money pit has proven to be even worse than I initially thought.

Those Auburn turds had a cat they kept locked up in one of the bedrooms that pissed all over the fricking place. So we had to rip up the carpet and pad and have Lowe's coming out to put new carpet in there next week.

The 220 plug for the clothes dryer doesn't work. They left all the nails in the fricking walls so we are repainting the entire damn thing. The dishwasher is the the tiniest one they sell. Normal size cups are too big so I have to replace it. Whoever wired this fricking thing did it with a potato.

But, hey, it has a pool.

Reading that makes me glad I built my house two years ago instead of moving into another

I'd consider calling the agent and thanking her for not checking things

Oh and you're lucky if you got the cat piss smell, out by just ripping up the carpet and padding. A lot of times it requires a lot more than that. That's kinda a good thing going for y, I guess

Yea Laura talks like she knows everything. Lady just asked if we will have any surprise players coming back. They just brushed her off like its impossible.

Don't like to laugh at other's misfortune, but that was pretty funny.

Sorry to hear about the shitfest... good luck getting it all sorted out man.

I understand your pain. I bought my house after it was vacant for over a year. The old man passed away and his wife couldn’t live by herself. I had to replace our sewer line with 2 weeks of buying the house. On top of that whoever plumbed the place made it where the sewerlie came out in 2 different places then meets up and then goes to the street. That made it cost twice as much to replace as a normal line. On top of that we had to get foundation work done. All of this they knew about but didn’t disclose. I looked into suing them but i couldn’t afford the cost on the front end. Anyway I understand your pain. My next house will be one we build.

It has sucked donkey nuts after being so happy to be back down South, but we'll make it work after we spend $30,000.

I take solace in knowing we can overcome it, then I remember how much it's going to cost to do it and I want to fricking punt a baby.

There are ways to buy a home sight unseen with success. Your realtor failed you miserably. Clauses should have been in contract to take care of things like this. Should have been a walk thru with seller and realtor with video throughout the house. I would file a complaint with state Board of Realtors.

man that sucks. Your agent was incompetent apparently. My house was built in 1910 so I probably gave it a more thorough proctology exam than most people, but my agent was right there with me advising, inspected everything, had the sewer scoped, had a survey of the property done, had them rewire the house, and purchase us a home buyers insurance policy at their expense, which was good because the oven blew up after like 2 months and was covered. You would think your agent might have mentioned the cat piss smell. Filthy Auburn trash
