Read this article and have mixed emotions.

On the one hand, he's right. NIL is gigantic and I get the sense that great facilities and coaching simply aren't enough to consistently attract the best players. I hate to say it but with 90 per cent of these kids, it's all about the $$$$$. Personally, I think that's a bit short sighted but I'm old school and a lot of these kids come from back grounds where they don't have pot to pee in or a window to throw it out of. It'd be hard to turn down that kind of money.
Then again, I refuse to chip into the NIL collective because A.) I'm not wealthy and B) I know we can't force the tooth paste back into the tube with NIL but the whole obsession with the almighty dollar by some players just rubs me the wrong way.
I don't have a clue where you would find this data (if it even exists) but I would be very curious to see a breakdown of the dollar ranges of donations each school gets for NIL (e.g. "20% gave $100,000 to 200,000, 5% gave $200,000-500,000). I would guess that schools like Texas, A&M and Texas Tech have most of their donations chip in over $100,000.
And I would be very curious to see where Bama's NIL contribution ranges fall.

It’s not one of the tops in the country but it is still very good. Top 10-12

I’m not wealthy either but I chip in here and there. Not a large amount by any means but it’s the equivalent of a couple of fast food trips per month.
Contrary to popular belief, I think Yea does try to do a good job giving you bang for your buck. They have exclusive tailgate events, player shout outs, a nice merchandise store, and some other items here and there. I’m by no means telling anyone what to do with their money. I just know that for me Alabama sports is my biggest fun hobby and if I can kick in $5 a month or $25 a month to make sure that it’s still fun to watch then I would rather do that than Netflix or whatever bullshite.
Alabama football has the largest following on social media at 1.5 million followers on Instagram alone. If HALF of those people joined Yea at $5 a month that would be nearly 4 million dollars per month in NiL and that’s before having the big boosters’ money
