Imo Cincinnati resembles Washington when we played them. Both teams have a lot in common. Decent qbs with similar stats, decent rbs, and a couple good dbs.

We beat Washington 24-7

We did but Bo went off despite the plan and of course Ryan Anderson out manned the RB and stole the ball for a TD.

Ridder and Browning are very different players though

That team was also pretty limited offensively. Hurts could not complete a pass more than 10 yards in the air that season (or the next, really).

I was at that game and yes, we played like crap. Bo is the only thing that saved us in that game. Hurts and the play calling were awful.

This Cincinnati team is very good and very senior laden. Bamas gonna have to bring their A game to win.

Honestly Jake Browning was the Pac-12 player of the year that season and was an outstanding QB. Now, his arm strength as a prospect was definitely in question and he went against a much tougher defense than what Ridder will face this time, but he was a very good player that season.

That was a talented offense skill-position wise with one of the best offensive minds in football calling plays

- Browning was a solid college QB
- Gaskin was a very good RB and now NFL RB
- Ross was an elite CFB WR (1R pick)
- Pettis was a very good CFB WR (2R pick)
- Sample was a very good TE (2R pick)

They were just really bad up front, and we were really, really, really good up front. They had no time to do anything.

I don't know how to tell how good Cincinnati is, they beat two ranked teams in Notre Dame and Houston, three if you count SMU who was not ranked when they played but was ranked later in the year. All three of Notre Dame, SMU, and Houston did not beat another ranked team the entire year so how can you tell how good those three "good" wins for Cincinnati really are? If there best 3 wins are suspect themselves how good or bad is Cincinnati? It doesn't take much to unravel their schedule does it?

That case can be made for most teams, especially uga this year.

No, that's the game when it really started to solidify Jalen couldn't start anymore without development the next season. It was his second straight game of <150 passing yards and being unable to move the ball

Bracket the right side and Jalen couldn't do anything

Based on talent and the LOS , Bama should win by 2 TD's... BUT this is a dangerous team. They have nothing to lose, everything to gain AND I'm sure their coach will post plenty of bulletin boards material..... They'll be ready... In sure Saban will have our guys ready but this one won't be a cakewalk... BUT if we pound them into submission and get our running game in track, they could be in for a LONG afternoon...

Probably a lot of misdirection and the sort. I’ve said it a few times their DL and OL are undersized. If they can’t block us up front that DL will eat their arse alive. So as much eye candy as they want, wont stop 47, 48, 31, and 15 from coming.

Bama has had trouble against undersized DL in the past.

Our DL is athletic I don’t think they will have to many issues. I don’t know where their OL ranks butttttt I’d bet we have played better.
