Nothing more sweeter beating your arch rival like that. It was devastating to the barn faithful

I don't even know how to respond to that, but I hope the 100,000 in the stadium don't feel the same way. Unfortunately, based on reading the tea leaves, I'm guessing the atmosphere will reflect that. And we'll waste a home field advantage and live up to our reputation. Were any of you around for Iron Bowls in the 90s when the most that was on the line was a berth in Atlanta to be a 10-20 pt underdog to Florida or Tennessee? I'm just perplexed at the total not a give a shite attitude about this game - or even more so the belief that we're somehow just gonna lose.

That's why Alabama has lost this game more than it should since the turn of the millennium. They treat it like a super bowl while many in our camp are just like "meh, I don't care if we win or not".

I truthfully expect a dead atmosphere Saturday so here's to hoping our players have a desire to win...

Christ I hope not. Close games against Auburn seldom work out for us.

I could see a game like 2015 or 2016. Seasons in which Bama was much better and AU sucked. But Bama played sloppy and AU hung around but never really challenged

Perfectly stated and a perfect perspective. I cant stand the part of our fanbase that is Playoff or Bust, and hates the team after the playoffs are out of the picture.

We have an opportunity to whoop Auburn’s arse and pad the record against them further,, as well as finish the regular season with 10 wins and go to a great bowl game. (Perhaps, with a LOT of chaos, there could be even greater possibilities, but that’s out of our control).

The fans who cant enjoy a 10 win season really need to take up another hobby and get some perspective. Doesnt mean we dont all recognize there needs to be some changes in the off season, but as fans we should be excited to see the team finish strong.

Need to go back to the 2008 mindset

We weren't anybody but we wanted to be somebody, and we were hungry to kick some azz.

And I also can’t stand people who think we don’t deserve a playoff shot. That’s not up to us. Anyone who thinks this team doesn’t work hard are idiots.

Agreed. Sadly there is a pretty decent part of our fan base that seems to be bitchmade front-runners.

As long as there are kids out there playing for Bama I’ll be in the stands cheering them on. Especially against the goddamn barn. frick those guys.

If a simple Alabama/Auburn game where controlling the damn state for 364 days doesn't resonate with you then go talk to your papa or your grandpapa. Go find some games on youtube. Get your damn mind right.

This feels more like a 90s or early 2000s Iron Bowl. Pride is all this game means, but damnit, that's a lot of meaning.

Beating Auburn always feels good. Beating Auburn is always important.

I don't care what the W/L records are......

Beating Auburn 56 to 0 sure would make this season taste a little less sour.

Don't forget about the pig! Bama wins and it stay Crimson/white. We lose and it's back to the gay colors

Was cathartic as always watching Alabama whip the shite out of auburn in person. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
