not necessary. Coaches can still move on in next few weeks... Roach for example.... Two NFL teams doesn't have HC coach, and Houston isn't done finalizing the staff.

Is that Austin Armstrong in that graphic, or Freddie Kitchens?

What's interesting to me about that announcement is that Steele is listed as the DC and Armstrong as the ILB coach...

The updated roster still lists Robinson as just cornerbacks coach.

NS usually makes announcements at one time. Now it appears to be he has pushed his last guy out. Now if someone like Roach decides to head to the NFL then so be it.

Unless you have heard from an insider. I would assume all of the A coaches have contracts that run out around the same time

Rolltide.com lists 10 2023 on-field assistants, the max allowed, and has TRob coaching CBs (only). But maybe he'll coach all DB positions (with Saban assisting him).

Per a friend of mine who is also a close friend of Steele he is able to coach DB's. He has been in this profession for 40 years. More particular Safeties

We could just let HaHa Clinton-Dix coach the safety's.

Problem solved.

Per NCAA rules, the on-field assistants staff is limited to 10 coaches. So, maybe Steele will coach safeties, as mrbroker suggested.

On the Eagles or is Steichen taking Johnson with him to be the OC of the Colts?

Alabama adds 26-year old walk-on, former active Marine from Dothan (al.com)

Coby McNeal, a transfer from Colorado State, will turn 27 on May 29. The redshirt sophomore is listed at 6-foot-5 and 250 pounds.

Two of Alabama’s seniors from 2022, Darrian Dalcourt and Justin Eboigbe, are listed on the school’s 2023 roster, which was expected. Dalcourt is listed as a graduate student (using his COVID year), while Eboigbe is a redshirt senior, having used it for 2022 (neck injury).

I'm curious to see if they give him a shot at Guard in the Spring.

Yep, if he can transition to guard well, that would be huge for this OL.

Latham, Dalcourt, Seth, Booker, Proctor/Pritchett could be a mean OL.
