We have T-Town friends that we have known for 45 years. They had six season tickets and in the early years they would invite us to stay at their home and go to two or three home games each year. We really enjoyed those trips but over time the stadium experience soured our enjoyment. The "music" was so loud we couldn't carry out a conversation without shouting. People in front would stand for extended periods and block our view. Even with reserved parking, the traffic was awful. We have not attended a game for the last two years and have enjoyed watching them at home. Another life chapter has sadly passed.

Tim Keenan +8
T Brockermeyer -1

These two kind of stick out to me. One should have lost weight and the other should have gained.

Shouldn’t have to pay if you get the SEC Network in your TV package. Just have to log into the ESPN app with your TV subscription account.

The Golden Flake A-Day Game will be broadcast from Bryant-Denny Stadium on SEC Network+ and is the 15th and final practice of the spring.

Tyler Love, line 1 please.

I don't understand how this is possible. One of my best friends had to gain weight to play on the OL in college. They gave his arse so much food, I gained 10 pounds.

Not too good!

Unless the reason he isn't gaining weight is that he's spending all his free time at his frat and just doesn't really care about football he's not Tyler Love. Pierce Quick would probably be a good comparison though. He's probably still not even 275 pounds.

You have to remember, how we define body mass is different than it was years ago.

As long they have the power to sustain, they should be okay. Here's what caught my attention:
71 — Darrian Dalcourt: 6-3, 300 >>> 6-3, 305 (+5)
74 — Damieon George Jr.: 6-6, 339 >>> 6–6, 333 (-6)
55 — Emil Ekiyor Jr.: 6-3, 324 >>> 6-3, 307 (-17)
Interesting It looks like OL line is trying to slim down.

Ja’Corey Brooks: 6-2, 190 >>> 6-2, 196 (+6)
Bryce Young: 6-0, 194 >>> 6-0, 194 (NC)
Traeshon Holden: 6-3, 208 >>> 6-3, 214 (+6

WR rooms are beefing up.

From our friends at SI

On this Date in Crimson Tide History:
March 4, 2002: Director of Athletics Mal Moore officially launched the Crimson Tradition Fund, an initiative that ultimately raised more than $150 million for athletic facility upgrades. Nearly every facility was upgraded following the campaign, which was completed in 2006. It also served as a key precursor to eventually hiring Nick Saban as head coach of the football program.

Crimson Tide Quote of the Day
"Coach Moore is somebody that I have a tremendous amount of respect for. First, for giving us the opportunity to come to the University of Alabama and the great job he did on selling us on this University and what could be done here. Then, all of the support he has given to our program. He certainly deserves a tremendous amount of credit for the success we have had because of the way he sets the table and serves us so well. Most things that you would see, he has had some hand in making all of the athletic facilities what they are, first class in so many ways. More than that, he is a class gentleman, probably as fine as you are ever going to meet. He has been a great friend and his support has certainly been appreciated.” — Nick Saban

It could be Wolford's preference. UK's starting line last year:

Dare Rosenthal 6'7 325
Kenneth Horsey 6'3 300
Eli Cox 6'4 293
Luke Fortner 6'6 300
Darian Kinnard 6'5 345

Not sure if this is what he likes, but the middle is around 300. I think Kinnard was the second heaviest O Lineman they had.

Top 10 college football, basketball coaching duos for 2022 (247sports.com)

1. NICK SABAN & NATE OATS, ALABAMA

Saban is no doubt one of the greatest coaches of all time, owning a 183-25 record as head coach of the Crimson Tide. In the last seven years, Saban has appeared with Alabama in the college football playoff six times, winning three of them. His legacy is certainly set in stone in terms of being one of the greatest college coaches ever. His counterpart on the basketball team, Nate Oats, has been with Alabama for three seasons and has seen great success. Oats is 61-33 and is set to make his second straight NCAA Tournament as head coach of the Crimson Tide.
