Devonta back with Tua? Yes, please.

Nice.

17. WASHINGTON FOOTBALL TEAM: MAC JONES, ALABAMA, QB

Another Alabama player to Washington.

Cardinals replacement for Patrick Peterson.

They don't have any other Alabama players going in the first.

The Big 10 is going to cave for Ohio State again:

quote:

Tim May
@TIM_MAYsports

Hearing the @bigten could be very close to changing its mandatory sit-out time for a Covid-19 positive test from 21 days down to 17 days, barring of course any further complications. FYI FWIW

Twitter

quote:

Finally, in his press conference today Ryan Day said he and Gene Smith have had “quick conversations” about the Big Ten's 21-day rule with the conference. Smith is in discussions about whether that rule could be changed, but OSU will not press for the rule change until after it beats Northwestern. In my opinion, following the Big Ten Championship game the 21-day rule is no longer a Conference problem, it is an individual school problem, and I believe the Conference will defer to President Johnson to make the decision on when an OSU player can return from the COVID recovery protocol for the playoffs.

It's being reported one of the Ohio State WRs tested positive this week. Can't let him miss the CFP.

Surtain is a sure fire top 10 pick. Leatherwood will go 1st round. Najee with his pass catching skills should go late 1st round. Dickerson could sneak in the 1st round.

Bro Ive been checking NFL standing and draft position after every wknd.
Because I want Devonte in Miami with tua and
I keep hoping Houston loses two more atlest and get Miami to the 7th spot or lower.because there noway philli or maybe even Atlanta pass on smitty.
Philli needs a wr in the worst way and even-though Atlanta have needs at other spots.
But I am thinking noway Clavin and Jones lets Smitty slip by after losing Judey one pick in front of them last yrs draft.I had thought the Phins were good at the 9th spot last week in getting chase or Smitty, but Cinn will choose between O-linemen and chase for barrow..That leaves Smitty to Tua or jalen and that would be so cool. Also Surtain wont last that long. Dallas will take him early.

WFT's D with Chase Young and the Bama Boys are really good. They get Mac and some weapons in the draft and free agency and lookout.

I believe Barmore will be 1st round as well. He's everything the NFL is looking for.

I hope Sark doesn’t take the Auburn job, selfishly of course(and cause frick Auburn). I want to see him rebuild the offense next year around Bryce. I think we are losing everyone but Neal, Metchie, and Billingsley, so it should be a good challenge.

Insider on BOL said Neal and Harris will start. Neal flew in from a private plane separate from the team.

Lord please do not let this happen. Surtain is one of my favorites and I can’t pull for Dallas.

Also, I hope the Steelers draft Mac.

Alabama has a budding star at outside linebacker: Five-star freshman Will Anderson.

Had six tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble tonight. Has 20 tackles and seven sacks in Bama's last four games.

Apparently the rumor I asked about the other day has legs. Tennessee is being investigated by the NCAA for recruiting violations and improper benefits to players. Tennessee is also investigating themselves and it sounds like Phat Phil is throwing Pruitt under the bus to fire him with cause and save the buyout.
LINK

Would this make Pruitt an untouchable as a DC? What if Pruitt really wasn’t aware that some of his staff had gone rogue, possibly with the encouragement of a certain AD?

I imagine Sankey would block it just as he blocked us from hiring Freeze as a position coach a couple years ago

I want Dickerson on the Fins (obviously not with a 1st round pick). We need to get tougher up front on offense. He'd be a perfect fit.

Can Bama take Billingsley off as the deep man on the kickoff return team? The guy is too slow to be returning kickoffs.

It really depends on how widespread the issues were, how serious they were, and how involved in it Pruitt was. Freeze isn't getting blackballed over Ole Miss paying players under his watch. It's because he was constantly hiring hookers on his university provided cell phone for 3 fricking years.
