Our ears and eyes 'in the building' (like Boz and Einhorn et al) have confirmed that Tua is 100& staying and has informed the coaches about that. So, at this point I'd be more surprised if he would declare.
I also believe Tua's position on staying is the one that got the other dominoes falling (Leatherwood, Moses and possibly Smith).
Jeudy is gone, Najee and likely Wills as well, say our guys.
McKinney and Ruggs were leaning towards staying (again: according to our own inside guys), but now things are - and I quote - 'fluid'.

I would say standards have lowered for someone to be considered an "insider" on this board, but it really hasn't.

I am assuming that means that someone is going to declare that got some bad advice and will cost them some money. A la Ronnie and Mack.
