I'm not even sure why Carson Beck is getting the hype he is getting. He was a highly rated recruit, sure, but that doesn't really mean all that much.

That price is insane if true. Sling is only 35 per month for all of the channels.
ESPN has nothing left to offer except for live sports because they went political and lost the people like me that were willing to watch SportsCenter.

They also lost their OC, which is really big deal considering who that OC was.
Playing QB in the SEC isn't easy, doesn't matter if you are surrounded by talent. Championship winning QBs don't grow on trees.
And I'm not saying that Beck won't be good, but I'm not assuming that he will be.

Hopefully it doesn’t change the deal with ESPN+ being included with HULU, but I suspect it will. If it does I’ll just buy it for the months of football season.

Only a few days ago Saban said that just because a guy starts doesn't mean that's the end of it. Everyone here expected Milroe to be QB1 for the first game.
Listened to JOX yesterday, and Wimp Sanderson said he was told that the coaches concern with Milroe is his "leaving the ball on the ground." Hopefully he'll put some emphasis on ball security moving forward.
