If anybody sees any late news of note, please throw it here.

I saw the following, which is that OU will be thin in the secondary for this game, according to this injury report thread (link in OP) on an OU forum.

Apparently Hollywood Brown is playing, but is not 100%. He was visibly limping when he walked into the media stuff, and was visibly limping during the open practice 2 days ago. None of the OU posters in this thread from yesterday expect him to be his normal self at all.

Sounds like he'll be a decoy when he plays.

My only news of note is that I have a nervous stomach and might not sleep very well tonight.

I tend to have dreams where either: a) I'm missing the game for some ridiculous reason or b) Alabama is playing horribly and getting blown out for the first time since Spencer Pennington.

a less than 100% decoy will not hurt Bama. So what if he catches a ball. He wont get far on a gimpy leg

I wonder if the "limp" is a play by OU and then he comes out and plays like Tua at 95-100%...

I think the Syracuse/WV game is a little bit of what we will see in our game. Syracuse has a decent D. And yes, I realize Grier didn't play.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that a WR's performance is more dependent on leg health than a QB's.

I get your point, but I think the chances of Brown's limp being purposefully invented by OU are 0%. And if the limp is a real indication of not being near 100%, then I think the chances of him playing at "95-100%", as you put it, on a 70% leg are impossible.

However, I think a QB could deliver a 95% game on a 70% leg, thereby making your insinuation possible for a QB and not a WR.

I keep watching the Mr Glass style hype video.

Had no idea I liked being the villain so much.

Come at Bama, bitches. The boys are ready.

Ftr, I have consumed alcohol. I also think think(see:hope) the UGA game was a wake up call for the team. That they can be beat if they don't bring it on every play.

I hope to see our 100% A plus game tonight, and next Monday. Because this team's 100% A plus game, is better than any team in the country by 14+ points. No matter how well said team plays.

I slept like a baby

Had too so that I could drive back some today, me and the fam went to Chattanooga on Thursday for an after Christmas Vacay (part of the kids Christams present from us)

Awake now though lol got my Orange Bowl T-shirt my sister got me for Christmas

I've been going back and forth on the impact of Brown for OU, truth be told a Heisman winner like Riley shouldn't be so reliant on one player (ala Terry Beasley on AU's squad when Pat won the Heisman) but the couple games I've watched he was a huge part of the offense and was all year.

I expect if he does play, Bama's secondary to get physical and bump and jam him some. I don't think he's seen a secondary nearly as physical as Bama's
