Bama leads in a lot of important categories and I think you'll see that those gaps are bigger than what the stats say as the game progresses.

Kansas State is a QB power run team who plays physical, smart football and does not beat themselves. The run defense performance we put out against Auburn will give up 35 points against this team.

Considering you are in all likelihood removing the QB as well and a lot of those offensive stats somewhat go out the window.

We should win the game - but we aren't good enough to play one of our C games where we have 11 penalties, give up a TD on every key defensive drive and have multiple ugly 3 and outs and still win this game.

SOG, lot can happen in 3 weeks.

Cohen isn't playing in the bowl. Booker should start.

The offense philosophy in Auburn game... if we see those against Kansas state we should be good to go.

I expect the team to improve to the point that there's hope instilled.

I fully expect Bryce to play... If he doesn't, then milroe should be 100 percent better with 3 weeks of reps.

My point wasn't that we'd automatically be worse, it was that there is just a lot more up in the air about what we will look like personnel and scheme wise compared to Kansas State (who will be who they've been all season).

My hope is that we end up playing a lot of young guys who are hungry to take first team reps for 3 weeks and get the hell after it.

Well you're going to get the thrill of a lifetime watching him against this Alabama defense

Like every other game this season?

I want to win the game, but what I really want to see is Ty Simpson playing significant snaps and not just 4th quarter handoffs. If BY doesn't play, I'd like to see Milroe and Simpson both get 2 quarters to show what they can do.

Ty Simpson

Didn't I read somewhere TS has played in 4 games so far this season.
If he plays in the bowl game, he'd give up this redshirt year

We get bullied by power running teams and will likely be without Bryce, meaning it will be the Pete and BoB show with no heroics. I will be happy with a 1 point win.

If I see one more facemask on 3rd and 20 or longer after the play is stopped I'm gonna have a stroke. We have done that 3 times this year.

We gave up 300+ yards on the ground to an awful Auburn team. I don’t think our scheme or players are going to suddenly come to life in the next couple of weeks.

This game is going to be insanely frustrating to watch.

That was with an elite speed QB. KSU doesn’t have that. The little guy is pretty quick but we haven’t had to many issues with the run outside of those pesky running QBs.

Not as bad as people made him out to be. Gave up 1 sack in over 900 snaps. No idea why he’s transferring. I assumed with Ekiyore gone he or Cohen would slide to guard.

Whatever, we'll see what happens and who is playing by game time. I hope we win the bowl, but I am way more concerned about how Saban handles the off-season.

If Martinez plays, I think we could run away with this one.

Howard is so much better than Martinez. I think Kansas State could have been in TCU’s position with Howard playing all season.

He was having some mental health issues at the beginning of the year. That might have something to do with it. Maybe too much pressure at Alabama

K-State is more physical. I think this game will be a struggle, especially if the two best offensive players sit out.
