They should be. I know the QB situation has certainly handcuffed play calling to an extent, but some of the play calling has left me scratching my head. Additionally, defense has certainly improved across the board statistically speaking, but the fact the coaches never make (at least successful) adjustments is concerning.

Oklahoma was shut down in the second half.
The defense really only have up 10 points. It wasn’t a great defensive performance, but it wasn’t the worst either, although considering the opponent even 10 points is pretty bad.
Sheridan called one of the worst games I’ve ever seen. He is allowing Milroe to do this. He said so himself.

Do what? Call his own number constantly?

Milroe isn’t a good QB at all. I’m so over seeing this dumb narrative. Great athlete, but he doesn’t have jack between the ears and his mechanics are inconsistent

Womack should be IMO. Sheridan is similar to Tommy Rees - could be good, but has a fast running retard playing QB, so I’d like to see what he does with a competent QB.

I think he means read responsibility is being given to someone who can’t handle it.

I don’t care about points allowed. It’s about knowledge of the game. Take what the opponent gives you. OK was going to run, they had no choice. Most of us here would’ve seen that and thought, I bet they follow the same script as Vandy, how can we stop that? 3 man fronts? Yes please! Just terrible

Wommack his scheme is so easily defeated. Either we need his type of players or we need to go back to our old defense. It can’t be both.
Ive seen flashes of something that can work. Despite being young, no real playmakers, they have defended well in the majority of games

Well I don't know how Sheridan is to blame for that. The only recourse there is making a QB change and that's above his pay grade.

Jesus, you CANNOT be serious, "Milroe is a good QB". You have to be the only person on the planet who believes that. He's arguably the worst QB in the conference.

Perhaps Wommack needs a 5x7 play call card instead of his3x5.

The guy is just inconsistent and basically unplayable if he can't find early rhythm in away games.
You believe this and you're right but you also say this...

This forum may hatred Milroe but sadly he is one of the better QBs in the country.
Both can't be true. Maybe you mean at his best but part of being the best QBs in the country is consistency. If you're a QB that is easily rattled and can be easily stopped by taking away the run, you're not one of the better QBs in the nation.
It's like saying Jameis Winston is one of the better QBs in the league because at times he has excellent games even though he cannot do it consistently

QB play is down this season all around college football. That is my point.

Yes and despite that there are still lots of QBs that are more consistent then him. Their peaks are not as high but their lows are not as low as him. He's regressed severely this season.

I see none of our players are finalists for any rewards. I guess those years are over as well

Sheridan should be on the hot seat. You don't give a QB who is stupid and selfish the opportunity to decide if he keeps the ball. Quit calling run options!

Everyone else's point is that you're hopeless.

Ryan Williams is a semifinalist for the Biletnikoff.

They announced to finalists today and he didn't make it. Still impressive to be a semifinalist as a freshman.
