Simple, don’t arrest them. Catapult them back over the wall
When Clarence passes or steps down, it will be a sad sad day. Trump better find a hard arse conservative.

My oldest set his junior high bench press record yesterday with 275. He’s going for the squat on Wednesday. He’s going to need 430. I was pretty proud.
I’ve met Roman Harper two separate times, really a very nice guy. Held the door open for prime Buff Bagwell at a beer store, he nodded. Saw Sara Evans close up but didn’t “meet”, my god she was so hot.

I have recently figured this out as well. Although I was never a marathon workout guy, I still was 1-1:30 in lifting only. The past month I've been doing Andy Baker's shoulder specialization program, and I've had people comment that I look bigger. Starting that program I would have said no way that's enough volume, way to easy. It takes me 35 mins. Only leg day takes me 50ish mins, that's only because I've laid off squats and doing hack squat and leg press will make me vomit if I don't rest 3 mins.

What is yall rest time on non compound movements? Machines, curls, cables

2 mins. I give calves less time. 1-1:30

This. If you’re actually lifting any weight then you need some real down time between sets. If not, your max effort will be lower and you won’t be getting as much out of a session. But if you’re just showing up to race through light weights or the machines, then have at it. You do your thing, and let others do theirs.

I always shake my head at lifters that give shite to powerlifters for “taking a nap” between sets. It’s because they are actually lifting weights and need rest, not bounce around the gym doing Tricep kick backs and a hundred different curls. The real idiots are the circuit guys doing 3 stations that work the same muscle.

Also, if I want to look at my phone between sets, I will. I’m not standing there staring at the wall.

I’m going to try that. I stopped taking it this week. The bloat was outrageous. I only took on 3 lbs but my stomach felt like I had just eaten a huge meal, all day long. The brand I was taking was some Walmart brand. Probably equate

Stealth health meals. On sundays I make a bunch of burritos, pastas, chicken fried rice. Meals are all around 500-600 cals, 40-50 grams of protein. Recipes use a lot of ground beef, chicken thigh
Candace is a plant from opposition. Say things our "side" likes, then slowly start concern trolling, then saying inflammatory things, then controversial, and finally crazy. You see it here too regarding trump.

Coming soon….dear H/F why do my knees hurt while running? People hate on mingo, but in this case, he is spot on.
Stupid things started happening at 44. Bulging discs in my neck. Just woke up one morning and my neck hurt, lost grip strength, and arm was numb. Fixed that with PT, then it was the other side. Fixed that with PT.

Then I get the flu, laid up for 5 days. On day 6 I felt fine, bent over to pick up a case of water, back popped, and pulled a trap muscle. Time healed that one, took a month. Like I said, dumb stuff.

every rep hurts...every damn one.

I don’t know how long it was, probably 2 months, but I didn’t flat bench at all. Barbell, dumbbell, or machine. Incline only. It seems to have helped.

I also thing Shawshank Redemption is overrated. Sure it's a great movie, but it's not some kind of masterpiece people make it out to be

2001 A Space Odyssey. Holy crap what a snooze fest

I’ve seen most dump trucks have this posted on the back of their trucks, along with “stay back 500 feet.”

Are they not responsible for their loose cargo?

Our company just pays for the windshield. Cheaper and less hassle than fighting it. Good luck on a privately owned truck. 99% of the time it will be rocks falling from underneath because the quarry where they got the load, the wash system wasn't working. So, it's really the quarry's fault in that instance.

Now, if the driver left his tailgate unlatched, then he is liable.

Wait til he hits 14 and surpasses you in everything but bench. As a 45 year old man who lifts consistently, it was sobering to say the least.

ETA: I'm proud of him no doubt but it must be nice to have no stress, sleep 9 hours, have a personal chef, and a personal trainer. Oh and you don't have to work, and probably have a test level of 1000
