I know someone like this. Lost her good looking, fireman husband and constantly posts about him and how great he was. Celebrates all the anniversaries, etc. Thing is, she has a man. Has kids with the man. He is never in photos or talked about. He looks like the type that would be ok with this. As long as they are all happy....I guess.

Yeah, “Im more efficient with a calorie than others” is stupid. You are eating 2500 cals a day or more to only lose 1.5 a week at 250. When I weighed 250, that was my target calorie and I lost 2lbs a week. Lifting 4 days and getting 10k steps a day

I like him. He was wrong-ish on one of Russell's throws. Yes, the give on the RPO would have been a nice gain, maybe even a TD, but the throw was a TD if it wasn't batted down. I thought it was clear the safety was sitting and that's what Russell saw and made a quick decision. Which, according to Film Guy, that's a must on RPO
I want to see if his effort improved on the blocking side of things. It felt like to me that he had a upbeat attitude out there today.
