They all will build muscle with progressive overload. I despise high rep sets on compounds. I save it for accessory type exercises. Powerbuilding if you need a name. I also enjoy top sets with backoff sets. Like I said, with proper diet and progressive overload they all work.
If it's a sweet tooth craving, zero sugar cheesecake jello mixed with skim fairlife. I haven't tried it with a little vanilla protein powder mixed to see if it will still become "jello"
Welcome to the club of bulging C6 disc. MRI, a block, PT, and finally a cortisone shot. Cured me for about a year and I'm right back where I was. I see the doc again next week. I assume I'll get another shot and be on my way.

My recommendation would be to keep doing the exercises at home that the PT prescribes. I didn't and look where I am now. I suppose it's human nature to think you are cured and no longer have to do the boring stretches, but I'm old

I hate this is buried in some random post and won’t be shared far and wide. This is excellent

It’s almost like you shouldn’t fire your OL coach when the portal is open so that you can fill your OL needs.

I can tell you for a fact if I was a top transfer lineman I wouldn’t go somewhere with a bad line coach.

You got downvotes, but that's the impression I got. I think Deboer is a good coach but his choice to keep the line coach and OC will be his downfall. I personally believe you fix the Oline everything will be ok. I don't hate the scheme, but shuffling Oline most of the season, slow developing routes, running outside zone with fat arse lineman with zero splits is a disaster for any scheme.

Could the OC make calls to help? Absolutely. But it was evident to most when you need trickery to gain short yardage, you are in huge trouble. You can't out scheme getting your arse whipped at the LOS.

Also add in that the knock on Cig was his age and that being used against him in recruiting. You know, back when recruiting still mattered

I remember back in the day that snaps played was a good indicator of how good a line would be. We are cooked
I'm proud to say I have kicked my caffeine habit. Just slowly cut back until now I might have a coffee every few days.

My daily consisted of:

2 16oz coffees before work
2 16oz coffees at work, sometimes 3
1 diet coke at lunch
1 diet coke in the evening

I felt cracked out all the time. Now I drink decaf coffee in the morning and that's it.
Oregon with Papa Murphy's   That's not even fast food. AI slop

In no way is that a favorite. I would've said Chic-fil-a. EVERY CFA is packed in every town, breakfast and lunch
The real funny part is when everyone tries to mimic Indiana and stops recruiting HS and the NCAA makes some rule fixing NIL and all these college teams have trashed their HS recruiting pipelines
As a coach if you truly don’t believe a HS recruit will start by year 2 you shouldn’t recruit them. The days of seasoning are over. HS recruiting should be for players like Crowell and Keelon. Put a larger chunk of NIL on the offensive line and defensive line. Superstars from the portal should be treated as one off players because you will probably lose them or have to pay more than they are worth to keep them. This is the retarded NFL

I'm back on JuggernautAI. My neck has gotten 10x worse, so I'm pure bodybuilding for a while, and it helps me keep track and choose different exercises. Do I need the app? Absolutely not, you don't need any of them, but I enjoy it and it helps keep me focused and not as bored.
Complete waste of money for 99% of kids. I have a friend whose son is a phenom at every sport, plus he loves practicing, watching film, working on his mechanics, etc. That's the type kid I would spend that money on. Little Cruz is probably a good park ball kid.
Cochran was a dinosaur in training methods but he was damn sure good at getting the players to give their all. Maybe a few ACL’s is worth the sacrifice

I've had a beard for 15 years. I'm not as fat as I was then, but I still can't shave. The absolute baby face that is under this beard will be shocking.

That would be a really solid hire considering what UM is about to go through. They could certainly do worse

I have bulging discs in my neck. When it flairs up I lose probably 50% of my grip strength, and a slight loss of dexterity. It really isn’t noticeable, but if I was throwing something, I absolutely couldn’t do it with accuracy. Or at least as good as before. Interesting the rumors of Ty’s back
Remember when navy limited hitting and tackling in practice for this very reason and proceeded to look like shite and then the coach gets drug for doing it? I remember. Cignetti looks like he’s a genius because right now he’s playing one game a year schedule. Has players that are playing their asses off because they aren’t NIL madonnas. Not yet. Let Cig slip once and these people back patting him will eat him alive.

Also I’m not talking about hitting all practice, everyday. You obviously can’t do that, and 30 years ago even my dumb arse HS coach knew that. But you can limit practice to 90 mins when you are playing the local HS and can prep for OSU for 3 weeks
