Our line can't block duo. If you can't pull, can't reach, can't double and climb, can't zone, there's nothing else Grubb can do. Even the guy in video said probably no one in the SEC has dudes that can move a DL out alone consistently. I'm afraid the answer is like someone above said, the guys we need are playing HS ball.
I keep a log for a month or so before going to the doctor. It will be sky high in the doctor's office. Normal settings and throughout the day its 110-120/70-80.
Right after the baby was born I wouldn't hesitate to send that bitch packing. She would be lucky I don't beat her and her man's arse.

The tough question would be what if you found out after say 10 years? As a father, there's no way I could raise a kid for 10 years and send him/her away. It's not his fault his mom's a whore. I would be there for him as any divorced father, but his whore mom is out on her arse.

No, you wouldn't. I'd put you in the Camel Clutch and break your back or pick you up and throw you as hard as I could into the plate glass windows of cycle room or aerobics room whichever is closer.

 Would be a sight to see. I bite back though

Shaking my damn head. Yeah well go play with your phone somewhere else. Get off the freaking machine. Is that such a hard concept for you guys that do that shite?

It’s called rest time dip shite. I’ll do whatever I god damn well please in a gym I pay for. I’m not sitting there 5 mins between sets. I use a workout app, music, etc. also frick you

I just ask them are they there to train or play on the phone?

i would 100% do 10 more sets out of spite. I use my phone for all sorts of stuff in the gym. I don't like staring off into space.
Ron will catch downvotes but my 10 year old is pudgy. Constant snacker. You know how he has leaned out some now? I don’t buy snacks. Eat rice/potato, meat, veg. Boiled eggs for “snacks”. He also does body weight stuff and hangs on his own, he likes it. My oldest is too heavy but he plays line and needs some extra. Probably 20% BF. He’s also top 5 in strength as a freshman. Probably #1 in a powerlifting total. As for my middle kid, well, he’s not interested in any of it, and that’s ok. He’s only 11.

My oldest hated lifting at 11 and I made him anyway. Now he loves it. My advice is introduce him to body weight stuff and make it fun. Don’t go all strength Coach on him like I did and be all intense. It made it not fun for a couple years
Of course you are absolutely correct, however, 99% of people when you say strong lifts or starting strength, they’re referring to the 5 x 5 LP. It may have changed now, but a few years ago, the move was starting strength, then burn out. Then everyone would do gzclp, 531, or nsuns(hello tendinitis)

GZCL and Greyskull are better in every way.
Except in being as simple or as focused on the lifts the OP is focused on.

I’ve done greyskull and strong lifts and I am doing gzclp now. They are all effective. One is as simple as it gets and focuses almost exclusively on the compound lifts OP is focused on.

My God. Strong lifts gets you to a plateau quicker than any LP ever created. It's why people who keep doing it are fat and weak as shite. I can't believe the things I read on this board.

Yes, I assume reading is hard for you. It definitely appears that counting is! You said a bunch but then named two and didn't even get the name right for one of them.
Also, GZCLP is def not simple.
You're a frickin' clown.

:rotflmao: so fricking triggered. How many programs do I need to mention?? LOL, literally any LP is better than stronglifts. OP wasn't some beginner starting with the bar. Before you open that dick sucker, maybe try reading.

As for not getting the name right, GZCL is used to describe a multitude of Cody's programs including the LP. And who said that shite was easy?? GZCL fits what the OP wants more than Stronglifts.
Reading is hard. GZCL and Greyskull are better in every way. But please, you rippetoe fan girls keep downvoting me. I’ll continue to be several steps stronger than you
I can think of a bunch better, strong lift sucks. The only thing it’s good at is getting to a plateau fastest. Don’t forget your gallon of milk a day.

It has deadlifts. I mean, it’s not ideal doing those in a smith machine but it can be done. I work with a guy that SBD in a PF and he’s in decent shape. I personally hated squatting in a smith more than I did deadlifts when I had no other option than a PF
Do grasshopper, or GZLP. You literally can’t go wrong with those. My god I hate starting strength/strong lifts. It’s so monotonous.

I know it saves so much time and money by reducing waste. But canned and frozen vegetables are terrible. Anyone reading this that may own a food truck or restaurant, frozen peppers and onions are an abomination compared to fresh. You can not serve tacos, philly cheesesteak, etc with frozen. Sorry for the tangent but it must be said.

I consider the Turkish Getup to be the most perfect full body exercise ever invented.

Me personally, I would add incline bench rather than OHP T2, and drop a row for a Tricep T3. No matter what, you will eventually hit a wall and drop down to 6(?) x 2’s and then 10x1. Just trust the process, it will work.
