As for the “clapping of hands” penalty , we have had that called against us too. Don’t remember the year but we were called at least twice for that infraction.

They absolutely are and I cannot get enough of it.

Heupel was embarassing in his postgame PC.
Fans always bitch about refs. We do it too. However, so many other fanbases and coaches get so invested into beating us in football & basketball that its really taken to the next level.

Yes, they are. And it’s fricking glorious
UT fans are going through the stages of grief because they thought they had won at halftime and need to blame the loss on something.
LSU fans are terrified of having to come into BDS at night with a non-functional defense and play a Bama team that put together a championship level half of football and trying to mentally set the stage to blame a loss on officiating.

The guy who threw the flag was in the endzone so it must have been super obvious cause he was 40 yards at a diagonal from the play.

That was a TERRIBLE call. If you watch the replay, it was just a really great play on the ball (McKinstry?) and the INT.

LSWho? fans are melting more than the 10rc fans.

That crew shouldn't be allowed to call our games again.

I am with you guys screw Tennessee. I do think we benefitted from a couple of calls Saturday, but the winner would have been the same. We played a great second half and deserved to win, and knowledgeable fans would appreciate that. At one point Tennessee was our most respected rival. Fulmer poisoned the well. Years ago most Alabama fans pulled for Tennessee, Auburn and LSU when they were not playing us. That has all changed for me because of their fan bases. Heck my niece who is an Auburn graduate, that I love dearly, said the only team she hates worst than Alabama is Georgia. When Coach Bryant came in 1958 he had never beaten Tennessee when he was at Kentucky (he won the SEC at Kentucky) and Texas A&M and lost to them in 1958, tied in 1959, and lost in 1960. Alabama won the National Championship in 1961. At the start of the Tennessee game that year they kicked a 52 yard field goal to take the lead. My cousin said damn the jinx is still on. We won 34 to 3. The team we really always disliked was Georgia Tech, but that is another story.

When Bama was down (Shula years), no teams fan base mocked, ridiculed us and kicked us as hard than the Tennessee fans. I haven't forgotten and will never forget. Piss on them for all eternity. I generally don't want to see Bama humiliate any opponent but I do for Tennessee.

There was also an egregious call where Milton clearly was over the 1st Down marker. They reviewed it and got it right, though. So not a big deal.
This one wasn't that big of a deal after I saw the replay. Turner landed on the back of his leg and his knee lowered, appearing to touch the ground for a split second in live action. I could see why the ref thought he was down at that point, from 20/25 yards away.

We had two five year periods where the sanctions really limited our ability to compete because of the lack of players. During this time only two teams consistently whipped us physically and they were Auburn and LSU. Auburn usually called the dogs off in the fourth quarter (I think the Auburn players did it on their own). LSU pounded us to the bloody end every year they could. LSU moved up to the top of my list because of that. Although, they have been the most competitive during the Saban years.

Lighten up, “championship level half of football” is objectively funny

Objectively funny is the LSU faithful pumping up Daniels for the heisman the same way they did Fournette.
