The not running on the fly ball stuff is infuriating, and even more so after it's already been "dealt with". But then the guy comes back and hits a 460 ft home run in the 9th to cap off a 3 hit day when almost nobody else in the lineup is hitting shite. And, of course, again, the fact that the bullpen gave up 6 runs in 2 frickin innings.

Don't get me wrong...the bulk of the blame certainly goes on the bullpen, and Snit's management of it. But this issue with Acuna looks like it will get worse before it gets better. Yeah, he hit the HR on the 9th, and yeah, he just stood there again.

It felt like he has progressively been getting closer and closer to having something like that happen before the Dodger series, but I loved the way Snit handled it and felt like it was all done with and taken care of.

As soon as he hit it I immediately was looking at the wall and Fowler trying to see how close it was and when I looked back and saw him standing on 1st......................goodness.

I think you may have said it earlier, but you can “let the kids play” and still tear it out of the box. But regardless, Acuna didn’t cost Atlanta a game. The bullpen and management of it was the culprit.

I don’t like Blaming Acuna for the loss because it’s no guarantee he scores. That Donaldson Lineout was hit so hard he might have been doubled up at 3rd too. That said he at least needs to be running 75-80% out the box and then adjust to full speed if it doesn’t go out

That was a hairy game. But the Braves just got the best of the Cardinal's ace. That has to feel good going forward. Now, get those bats popping.

I cant begin to understand using fried for one inning in back-to-back games. Let him pitch 3 innings game one and Braves are likely up 2-0 with Fried on schedule to start game four or five.

Huge clutch win! I was a lot younger last time Bravos had a playoff series lead. Finish Cards off tomorrow & got a great chance at going to the World Series.

Everyone is talking about Dansby and Duvall, for good reason, but Soroka is why that 9th inning was possible. That start from a rookie in that situation was fricking incredible. That kid has ice water in his veins. He was channeling his inner John Smoltz last night.

We are set the next few years with Folty,Soroka, and Fried leading our rotation.....and Ian Anderson May Be better than all of them

Man, what a game last night!

Unbelievable to see how this team never quits. They have some rough outings at times and can get slumpish, but they manage to come through in big moments. One of my favorite Braves teams ever.
