The middle of our lineup struggling so badly, its amazing the series is 2-2.
I hope folty can deliver once again cause the National league is there for the taking. Dodgers, very beatable, not as invinsible as they seemed first half of the season.

Why didn’t we IBB Molina in the 8th with 2 outs?? I’m sorry but in that spot I’d rather pitch to Carpenter than a future HOFer.

Next game, the STL starter needs to throw four at Acuna's ear hole, and the Braves need to stay in the dugout if he charges the mound.

Jesus. This is awful.

Let's be perfectly clear about one thing: I don't give a frick what you think, kid. I've followed the Braves since they moved to Atlanta. I don't want to see this shite on my team. Cox would have handled this, and he did, successfully, with Andruw Jones, and he sure as hell didn't wait an inning or so to do it, like Snitker did last time. Cox yanked Jones off the field mid-inning. That's a HOF manager. The fact that it reared its head again on the national stage in the playoffs shows that Snitker and the leaders on the team like Freeman and McCann didn't do their job the last time. It's especially embarrassing to the GM and the organization, which awarded Acuña with a massive salary and contract extension. This team needs to do whatever it takes to end this bullshite now, before it causes problems in the clubhouse down the road.

If you have a problem with my thoughts on the subject, I literally don't give a shite.

It's a huge part. Dumb to try to run on Yadi in the first. Pitch bounces, and Molina still throws him out by a mile. Snit confirmed he went on his own. That was at least one run. Then his 300 foot single may have cost another.

So you want the guy with 37 sb this year to not try and steal when he thinks he can be successful? It's part of the game and could have helped us score an early run.

His likelihood of success there is low. In the postseason, I want the veteran manager calling the shot instead of the 21 year old.

regardless of all of this, the Braves wouldn't be in the position they are in now if not for Acuna.

A stat to impress your friends: Braves-Cardinals is the second series in postseason history in which three of the first four games were won by teams trailing in the eighth inning or later, according to the Elias Sports Bureau

I'm calling it now - Braves and Gnats both exercise their demons tonight and head to an absolutely insano NLCS.

Could very well happen.
Folty & Strasburg on fire, at the top of their game lately.

You just have to know how to adapt. Treat Braves baseball as the filler between the end of college hoops and football. Be happy with the regular season and forget playoffs even exist.

It's easier if you grew up watching them in the late 70s and 80s on TBS. They sucked most every year. You watched because they were close to the state, they were the only game on, and guys like Bob Horner and Dale Murphy were going to launch massive homeruns. You didn't even expect to see them win the game, much less make the playoffs.

My brother is there. He just texted that he wasn't sure what'd be worse - sitting through this or leaving to sit in ATL traffic.

10-0 deficit in baseball is parallel to a football team being down 42-0.

McCann dropping strike 3 to Fowler
Dansby bitching that Grounder
Freddie botching a potential inning ending double play that would have kept it 1-0.
