Damn. Microfracture surgery is a 4-6 month recovery timetable. It's always sounded like the door was open for Wheaton to return this season. Do we think that door is closed?

Looks that way for this year. A guy who is pretty reputable over there said he was done for the year. That supposedly came from a current player.

Glad JoJo could be back for the post-season. Seems he wasn't playing all that much at WR lately anyway. I'd love to see Jamo returning punts in the post-season. His speed could be deadly there.
And have we ever lost THREE running backs for the season in one year? What terrible luck at that position. Keep BRob and Sanders in bubble wrap. Also highlights our need to sign 2-3 elite backs this cycle.

Injuries have kept our elite backs from being able to showcase. Wheaton she Sanders likely won’t be the same.

It wasn't all due to injury but 2015 was pretty close in terms of reduced depth. Tenpenny quit in the offseason, Scarborough got NCAA suspended and hurt, Drake got hurt twice. Henry was the only back that played in all 15 games. By late in the year, it was him and a bunch of guys we'd never heard of at the time. Worked out OK in the end, but I'm not a fan of that way of getting to a title.

Whoever said we had too many RBs back in February can suck it.

Who said that?
I figured at least one would transfer so never thought we had too many.

I guess Keilan Robinson.

Looks like Malachi Moore was wearing a sleeve on his right knee in the practice photos from yesterday. So the meniscus rumor might be true. If so, it is likely a mild injury that they are waiting to do surgery after the season. Hopefully it wont cost the team down the stretch. ala Dylan Moses and Mark Barron

I think we're well past knowing if that code1 guy says it you can take it to the bank.

Tenpenny was never going to see the field at that point and why he transferred out. Scarborough 4 game suspension in the beginning of the season did not matter because he was still recovering from knee surgery. Drake broke his leg the year before but in 2015 IIRC he only missed 2 or 3 games due to a broken arm.
Damien Harris was the 3rd string that year as a true freshman.

I guess that Moore info was bogus
