This is a big game, relative to our other big games.

We win tonight, the Dynasty continues its stretch. We keep the streak going where every non-transfer player under Saban gets a ring.

We lose tonight, the Dynasty is on the ropes and we slip down into "elite team" status.

I hate that OSU got a free pass and didn't actually have to grind through the season while, inversely, we basically played the toughest schedule that we could have.

However, if we win then this is one of the greatest teams of all time.

Has anyone heard anything else about Fields health or OSU players missing? Is Waddle going to play?

Dont think Bama will go conservative. I think they will keep hanging points to the point where they feel comfortable bringing Young in to get some reps.

Bama is almost dead last in defending tight ends. Ugh....

50 catches, 600 yards

Yeboah - 7 for 181 (25.9 YPC)
Pitts - 7 for 129 (18.4 YPC)
Total - 14 for 310 (22.1 YPC)

Everyone else - 36 for 290 (8.1 YPC)

So, while it hasn't been great, we struggled with 2 really talented hybrid TEs (one of which took advantage of lost safeties early in the year). Ohio State doesn't have those guys.

Mayer for Notre Dame (who is a stud) had 7 catches for 62 yards. We did a pretty good job on him.

Let’s fricking go! I made the mistake of hitting an espresso and I’m jacked. I then watched this video again and it’s even worse!

They don’t want it.

Pitts is not a tight end, he’s a hybrid nightmare. Like the vampire werewolf

Their guys aren't going to be doing damage by the numbers like Pitts and Yeboah and I doubt their tight ends are athletic enough and their OC is going to be as creative as Lane was when it came to scheming for Yeboah. The stuff Lane was doing was evil .

Between Yeboah, Wydermyer, Mayer, and Pitts, we've faced one of the best slates of TEs in the country. Makes sense that they've put up yards/TDs on us. Also when our corners lock up WRs to the degree they do, game plans naturally lean more onto TEs/RBs.

We just didn't cover yeboah. Lol no offense to him. We at least made pitts earn his yards
